Very good, warm service. Very friendly to Chinese people. It was too late at night and the air conditioner had problems, so they changed our room. Other foreigners saw it and only took the fan in. I don't know if it was because of the tip I gave before, but I was quite satisfied anyway.

The hotel is on Patong Hill. Quite far from restaurants. Come during the festival where food is hard to find. Grand Deluxe Jacuzzi room, the view is not beautiful at all. Stayed for 3 days and already encountered a snake for 2 days. The first day saw a snake at the swimming pool. The second day we met on the balcony. Breakfast was diverse but completely bland, nothing delicious at all. The details when booking the room said that there was a hair dryer. But when I got there, there was none available.
