A good place to stay in Patong (if you need to). Located in a quiet lane, but steps away from the main road. The owner is very nice and helpful. The room is nice and cozy, though the aircon placement is not the best. There's a kettle, a safe box, a hair dryer in the room.

If you are Solo traveler then this hotel is best choice for family it is not actually recommend, but if you have budget issues then it is okay.

The location is really good, closes to everything, and 7-11 is right across the street. The Patong beach is only just a few blocks away. The hostess is really nice and welcoming.

It’s close to well known entertainment area.

Booked two rooms and initially, there was quite a confusion as everything was done manually. The hostel is seriously understaffed as the receptionist is also the cleaner and also the admin. The room felt dusty and had quite a few bugs in the room. There was also a water problem and heating problem during the stay. Location was great, it was 5 mins to everything else.

Don’t expect much, it’s a very basic place. Just enough for you to rest. Water would be a problem on the upper floors but mine was OK ✅ I didn’t get heating for a bit but my friends stayed at the 4th floor and got no water at all. Location wise, it’s quite convenient. Just a few mins walk to Bangla Rd. There’s not much on the street itself tho, you’d have to walk out to the main road for food and other things.

Not ideal for older people mostly elderly using wheelchair coz there is no lift to go upper floors.. cosy.. comfy.. tv a lots of channels available.. good water pressure.. eatries, 24hrs mart, massage parlours all walikng distance not more than 5mins.. for short stay is good enough..

Stayed for a week. A lot of good restaurants around the area. 10min walk from the beach. The service was on top, really nice people!! Would stay here again because of them

The furnitures are old and shelf in the bathroom is rusty. But the staffs were very nice.

Room was not available for booking. Couldn’t even cancel. Didn’t get my money back.

It was my first time in Phuket. I spent a long time choosing a hotel. I feel that I made the right choice. This one is really good. It is on the roadside but not completely on the street, so it is easy to find and not noisy at night. You can see 711 when you exit the alley. The boss is super nice and enthusiastic. He is Chinese and recommended delicious and cheap local restaurants to us! He lent us an adapter and helped us get a taxi! The picture below shows a cute cat in the store (super well-behaved and can be touched, its paws are pink and tender). The environment is just an ordinary guest room, the decoration is the same as in the picture, but it is very clean, with air conditioning, WiFi and hot water. It can be used as a transition hotel. In short, the experience is very good!

The room is very good, very clean and smells good. We arrived at around 9 o'clock in the morning. The boss is very very nice! He arranged check-in for us in advance. It's super nice! There is a kitten in the store. It's very cute and very Buddhist haha! The boss is very enthusiastic and kind. He also helped us solve some small travel problems🎫 In short, it's worth it! ! ! The owner is Chinese, very hospitable, no communication problems, the room is more localized, not gorgeous, but spacious. The location is not on the main street, so it is quiet at night, but it is only 50 meters away, very convenient. But I hope the toilet can be replaced, and the sanitary environment can be a little better. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

I contacted the boss's wife's WeChat in advance and chose a one-day sea tour, which is much more affordable than the platform, and it is very cost-effective. The room is cheap and it is indeed not as comfortable as other homestays or hotels. The main feature is a cheap and convenient travel. After returning from the sea, you can wash clothes directly in the laundry room next to it, and the washing and drying can be done in an hour. We have no change, no cash, and the boss gave us direct money change, thank you very much. I ate at the recommended restaurant No. 6 for two nights.
