The room wasn’t spotlessly clean, but was great for the price and worked out well for me. Location is good, lots of local restaurants to try.

Great location, quiet, massage and food places all around, easy to get to the Big Bhudda and Wat Chalong temple. Decent residence for the price.

The check-in took a very long time. Until 2:00 p.m. they didn't give us any information at all. At 2:00 p.m. we realized that they didn't have our room that we had paid for. We started looking for another room in a hurry. The room was dirty. In particular, the sofa was greasy. It could have been washed with washing powder if desired, but this was not done. The room itself was tired. The staff was quite rude and asked to pay extra for something unclear. I refused to pay extra, saying that I had already paid for my stay. Then they said, wait. Well, we waited. I would not recommend this hotel.

There is only a security guard at night, who often dozes off and doesn't speak English. The room facilities are average, and the air conditioner is very noisy. There is a 24-hour 711 opposite, which is convenient.

The most important thing is that there is no service. If you don't need service, stay OK. There is very noisy construction going on next to the hotel right now, if you don't mind that's okay. The swimming pool only closes at 8:00, not 10:00. I checked in at 21:30 on the first night because I was allergic to the smell of the room. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. I couldn't check out late and could only extend my stay for one night. Thank you Ctrip for your concern and timely handling of the problem!

It should be pretty good. The manager never asked me to change the hotel, so I should be satisfied with it in every aspect. The price/performance ratio is also good.

Hello. We had 2 rooms booked. Check-in time is 14:00. We arrived a bit early so we went to the reception to ask if there is a chance to check in at 13:30. One lady ate something and did not get up to us when we were standing in front of the reception. The other lady who was standing next to us agreed to leave our luggage at the reception until 14:00. We went to eat something. We returned around 2:05 pm. The lady asked us to confirm the booking. After checking, it turned out that we are not on the list. After a few calls she threw us one key. So once again we showed that we have two rooms and not one. A few more calls and we finally got a second key. Rooms overlooking the garden….. there was no garden, only a view of a dilapidated building from one window of the room and some meadow behind which there was somehow a warehouse. Bathroom in a deplorable state. Missing some tiles in the shower. Dirty floor. The rooms are clean except for the fungus on the curtains and chandeliers. For 17 days no one came to change sheets etc. My colleague in the other room had maid service 3 days ored departure. A total failure passes what is written in the offer. Thank you Regards Conrad

We did not have a great experience here. The pictures are clearly from when it first opened and the place and rooms need a lot of maintenance. We arrived on New Year’s Day at about 9 in the morning. We knew we wouldn’t be able to check in until later but said we would go check. When I went to the desk there was no staff other than one man who obviously wasn’t reception staff as he had no idea about anything.I assume this was because it was New Year’s Day but surely have someone who can do check ins since people are still arriving. I explained that we had a booking but he kept saying they are full and we don’t have a booking. He said we had to ring in advance to confirm our booking. I showed him our confirmed booking and he just kept saying no and saying we have to call someone but did not explain who.He had no English so we were going back and forth with Google translate. This went on for about 40 minutes before he called someone and then said yes it’s fine come back at 4 to check in. When we came back we were handed a key and did not ask anything, all he had was my name so there wasn’t really a checking in process. We had a room with a kitchen. It was below average. It was small, not very clean and there was stains all over the furniture. The table was all chipped and had crumbs and dust as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were hard and the pilllow was non existent. We asked for extra pillows and they said they had none. Our bathroom light was also broke and constantly flickered. We asked to be moved but they said they were fully booked. The balcony was tiny and more just to look out as you couldn’t sit or stand on it. Also the view was literally a building site. Could hear everything outside from cars to building trucks early in the morning. While staying here we also had a woman unlock our door and come in while I was in the room on my own. She looked shocked and asked how long we are here for and I explained two weeks( this was a week into our trip) Its seemed as if they did not know we were there since the check in was so messy. The hallway was also completely flooded the day we were leaving. The only good things about the place was the rooftop pool which was nice and quite with lovely views. It was also in a good location. We did get it for a good price but I think for what it was there are so many other lovely places to stay for similar pricing.
