The room was clean and tidy, and the location was great.
The facilities are well-equipped. The best thing is that there is a rooftop swimming pool. It is very pleasant to swim while watching the scenery. The service staff is fluent in English and rarely speaks Chinese. There is a male manager who seems to be able to speak, because it can be seen that he understands the meaning when communicating, but it is very difficult. Say less.

The Hotel room smells very bad. Whenever I charge at the socket the light twitches which is kinda scary. For the price it’s alright but the room smells really bad.

This hotel offers great ambiance and a**osphere. It’s new, clean and very cozy. The location is very accessible to any part of the place. The bed is soft and comfy that provides comfort during my sleep. The staffs are kind nice and accommodating and they are always smiling! I would love to stay here again when I visit Phuket in the future!
