so low pressure water in bathroom. no toothbrush. everything is old. back side rooms have windows but no have daylight inside. general feelings are old building and stuff. workers are so nice and hospitality. location is very good. there is carpark and motorbike park space at the opposite of building. if you go room only for sleep, you may book it because of good location..

Not so good

Huge pitfall. I booked in a hurry and forgot to check the ratings. The laundry room is on the second floor. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. I asked the store what time the washing machine would stop, and she said it would run all night. It was terrible. There were many air conditioners next to the window. How could such a store still be on the platform? Fortunately, I brought earplugs and noise-canceling headphones.

Huge pit! ! Lightning protection! ! Don't be fooled! ! ! 1. The bed is dirty 2. The picture and text of the room do not match, saying that there is no room (the picture shows that the room I booked has large windows and 25 square meters, but the actual room is 10 square meters, has no windows, and the space is huge and completely different) 3. Even if there is no elevator, the door in the attic is broken and cannot be locked. 4. There is a row of machines on the ceiling of the room (the sound of an engine or the buzzing sound of a broken air conditioner). The noise is huge. It is normal to hear ringing in the ears and say that there is no room and the machines are not broken (this kind of room cannot be taken. people come to live) 5. There is no way to open the window for ventilation in the room, and the toilet is also inside. When the door is opened, the strong smell is so pungent that I can’t breathe. After opening the door, I can’t breathe either because it is a closed attic. 6. The toilet door is a plastic roller shutter and the sliding door cannot be closed, and the friction noise when pulling it open is loud. 7. The store’s phone number is fake and I couldn’t get through after calling for a whole day and night. I asked the platform for help in contacting the store but couldn’t find them.

It's old and shabby, there's no elevator, and it's above the restaurant.

The location is excellent, the hosts are responsive, cleaning is just a matter of asking, the bathroom is only small, the room is as stated in the photo

It's a shady store. After booking online, they won't give you a room for various reasons.

It was very bad experience. The residence is not clean you can smell the dew and the rooms are not like the description. The water in the rooms doesn't work everyday. I do not recommend the residence. It is true that is not farway from the beach 5 min.

I want to talk about our experience staying at royal beach place. Lets start with the location. The location is really good. Close to patong beach. Now I’ll speak on our experience with the staff. Our check in was a headache. We was originally told that would could check in earlier than 2pm when paying online for the room. When we got to the hotel the next day a employee told us the room wasn’t ready. He said come back in two hours at 1pm and we’ll be able to check in. We came back at 1pm and a different employee told us the current guest was allowed to over stay and the room wouldn’t be ready till 2pm. Why would you allow that when you know your new guest are here waiting to check in. Also that same employee tried to scam us with a 500 deposit. We told him that we had already paid in full online, and there was nothing mentioned on that site of a deposit required when checking in. He said that it was required. We walked outside and decided to tweet the company that we booked through. The representative told us there should not be a deposit and said he would reach out to the hotel. After 10 minutes the representative messaged us back and said that everything was fixed. He said the hotel employee told him no one there asked us for a 500 deposit. We were shocked by that because they certainly did. My thought is if you’re willing to lie about not asking us, would you had lied about receiving the deposit when it was time for us to get it back at checkout. Also there is a lady that sits at the desk, and she will look at you weird when entering and exiting the hotel. It’s just a look that isn’t welcoming. The waitress and housekeeping are friendly. They were the only one’s that we felt had genuine appreciation for our business. The rooms are okay. The one we were in was a little small. Also things can get kinda noisy in the morning. You can hear a lot of sound outside your door, and the building next to the hotel is doing some light construction. This was our experience. Yours could be different but I doubt it. Take care
