very clean room, excellent location,( on a small lane, so it is quiet, but just a 1 'min walk , u are ln the main road)

The hotel is located close to the city centre and attractions. However it is basic and overpriced for the standard they’re offering. On our arrival the staff members at the reception were not friendly and helpful. We’ve shared our concerns with the team at the reception next day We’re not happy with the description for this hotel. Very disappointed

Location is good. The interior is modern due to recent renovation. but first Whether or not there is a reception in the building is a factor that solo travelers consider first when deciding whether or not to stay. At the time of reservation, I paid after seeing a photo of a 4-star hotel with a reception. As I checked in at the reception, I was disappointed to find out that my room was in a different building without a reception. If it is a building different from the main hotel, you should have been notified in advance. second When I washed it and unfolded the towel to use, there was contamination on it. It was unpleasant. I had one more spare, so I thought I'd just use this and go to sleep. third It was strange that the shower booth had no door and no shower curtain. I wondered if there was a structure like this. However, while checking out before going to bed, I saw that the bathroom listed at the time of reservation had a shower booth door. Did they assign a room that wasn't even ready?? If a sudden problem arose before I checked in, I should have asked for prior understanding. fourth You can hear snoring from somewhere all night long, and since it's a public holiday in Valencia, I don't know if it's the noise from getting ready all night long or the noise from trash removal, but you should also pay attention to soundproofing. It's so unpleasant I checked out early in the morning and left.

The location is great, close to the station and in the city center. Everything is nearby

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the train station, and it takes only 10 minutes to walk after getting off the train. It is also within walking distance of major attractions and markets. The environment in the room is the best I have ever stayed in Spain at this price, equivalent to a boutique hotel in China.

Hotel located in the central area, convenient for transport and for walking around the center of Valencia, large and clean room.

Spacious rooms, convenient location, by train station and the bull ring. Excellent breakfast in small clean dining room. Hotel staff friendly, easy check in/out. Bar area cosy and welcoming on a chilly evening. Room view wasn’t looking at anything other than other apartments and the back/top of roof. Room was a bit noisy due to being by the lift and the clip clopping of heels around the room above. Other guests need to be aware slamming doors and talking loud in corridors doe’s echo through, thankfully not many late night revellers. Quaint bar apposite and pastry shops for snacks if wanting room only basis.

Quite a nice hotel. Excellent location. I found most of the staff to be kind and helpful. The room was very big. It was comfortable. However, better contractors are needed as most of the hooks and toilet roll holder in the bathroom were hanging off. I enjoyed the breakfast - a lot of different options. Overall, the location is hard to beat. I was able to walk everywhere using this hotel as a base.

Nice and modern with a weird smell in bathroom. Needs a bit of personality. But hey its in January and it was perfect for my stay

Price performance of stay, all important views and places were on walking distance. Nice place, quiet, thouh it was in centrum, or couple steps from it. Highly recomend
