The suite is large and clean. The facilities are a bit old. The shower water temperature is sometimes hot and cold. It is a three-minute walk from the beach. The service staff is very enthusiastic. If you arrange to stay on a higher floor, I will come again.

Great location, everything is nearby, a good pool, you can always find shade, we usually don’t swim in the pool, but there was an invasion of jellyfish in the sea, and at 12 we came to the pool. The rooms were cleaned in light mode, they might have forgotten to give 3 towels, but everything was fixed. The room is spacious, the furnishings are tired, the air conditioners and refrigerator worked properly, the kettle and kitchen utensils were available, the stove was not used. You can leave things for storage during early check-in/late check-out. In the evening you could hear music from the Garage bar, but it didn’t interfere with falling asleep. Ready to return to this hotel again.

It is impossible to sleep in this hotel due to the VERY LOUD music at night from the Garage cafe and other cafes located near the hotel.
We were very exhausted from staying at this hotel. And no one from the hotel administration solves this problem.
For this reason, we wanted to continue our vacation at another hotel, but the management of Waterfront Suites Phuket by Centara refused to cancel our reservation and return our money to us. The holiday is ruined.
This is a terrible place! Beware of him!
It is impossible to sleep here because of the VERY LOUD music at night from "The Garage" cafe.
We are very exhausted from staying at this hotel.
Nobody is solving this problem.

It was our first trip to Phuket, and the Waterfront Suites by Centara was the perfect choice. The service, rooms and hospitality are higher than many other hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. I recommend this hotel to everyone, either single, couples or family. The location is fantastic. 2 mins walk to the beach, and there are excellent restaurants, bars, live music venues, tourism agents, shops, minimarts etc., within 100-300 m. Many thanks to the wonderful staff – Ms Ploy, Mr Duke, Mr Kanun and Mr James- for the kind hospitality and making our trip memorable.
