Trisara

I stayed at Amanpuri for two nights. I wanted to change my style. I read a lot of guides and finally chose Trisara. When I arrived at the hotel lobby, compared to the large number of service staff at Aman, there were a lot fewer staff here. It was typical Thai style. Hotel, but the facilities are old and the toilet is not smart. I feel a little disappointed. I went to the beach in the evening. The sand was very rough and there were many rocks after low tide. Later I chose to eat in a Western restaurant. The staff actually forgot what we ordered. The wrong food was served and then taken away. It felt very inconsistent with the standards of a platinum hotel. In addition, when resting on the beach, the staff took the initiative to guide European and American guests when they saw them and helped lay out blankets. We also took the initiative to ask. This is different from Aman. The comparison is worlds apart, and the cost of the two hotels is similar. The hotel deserves praise for the kids club. As long as the children are let in, they basically don't need to worry about it. This gave us a lot of space to rest. Later, we also went to experience the indoor Thai restaurant. The waiters were changed and the service and dishes were very good. . The next day we chose a nearby island for snorkeling at our own expense. The water was not as clean as Aman, but we took a speedboat and saw different scenery, which was quite satisfying.

The housekeeper is very enthusiastic and the environment is good. It is the first choice for vacation. There are few activities for parents and children.

Management is in disarray

Very commendable: 1. The hotel manager and housekeeper are waiting in the front lobby when checking in, which is the etiquette that a hotel of this level should have; 2. After 20 years, the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel have exceeded expectations, and the updated fashion sense is very strong; 3 .In the hotel, you can quietly enjoy the beach, swimming pool, food, snorkeling, and boating. Compared with the ones I have stayed in in Europe, Dubai and China, this is the best hotel I have stayed in this year.

It's almost a perfect hotel. The environment and service are great. The private beach is also beautiful. The pool villa looks directly at the sea. I will come back next time. The only problem I have to point out is that the Western restaurant is a bit unprofessional, and the dishes and services need to be improved.

Very quiet hotel. Close to the airport. You can catch a wave on the beach. The service is very good. Recommended for those who want to enjoy the beach quietly.
