Завтраки прекрасные-фрукты, овощи,каша, хлопья,оладьи, рис,лапша,сосиски,яйца тосты итп. Бассейн неплохой,не маленький,но мелкий. До моря топать прилично- минут 15. Есть бесплатный трансфер до пляжа Ката.

Specifically, we lived on the second floor in a room without a balcony with windows overlooking the pool, and this was a specific problem - in the bar near the pool every day from morning to 11 pm music plays like at a disco, it’s impossible to sleep during the day after lunch in the heat, I don’t know why this is so They do, they responded to our requests to make it quieter, but this did not save the situation. Separately, about the contingent - 90% are Russians or CIS countries, there are also Chinese, and accordingly they do not behave in the best way. They like to gather near the pool in the evenings and drink until midnight, you will wake up from their drunken screams, the staff does not react to this at all. I had to yell from the window to tell them to shut up, and this happened almost every night. Breakfast is very monotonous and meager, the same thing every day, but you won’t go hungry. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the most they can do is change the bed linen and towels, and wipe the floor a little. In our bathroom, all the walls were stained with something throughout the 12 days we lived. The only positive thing I can name is the convenient location, all city infrastructure is nearby, a good restaurant called Elephant - I recommend visiting it, we had lunch there every day. The city beach is about 7-8 minutes on foot. Let me sum it up briefly - it’s not worth the money, stop by only if you have no other options

For the first time we took a hotel with a rating below 4 on Tripadvisor, but after reading all the reviews that the hotel was currently in the process of renovation, and seeing recent good reviews, we decided to go. A balcony is important to us, so we paid an extra 5 thousand for a deluxe room for it. The room turned out to be very spacious, neat, clean, with all the necessary amenities (safe, air conditioning, kettle), the Internet is good and available everywhere in the hotel. There is a bar downstairs where loud music is played at night, but only until midnight, after which it is quiet, but we had a room overlooking the garden, so this was not a problem at all. However, the room with access to the garden has one feature - the beautiful Koel bird with its loud howls in the early morning did not let us sleep on the first night, but then we got used to it and stopped paying attention. The staff is friendly and helpful, like many Thais)) Breakfast is a bit sp****, but this is the case in many other similar hotels in Asia, so it wasn’t a big deal for us, we’re already used to it. Every day they gave us fruit (watermelon, pineapple and some other), which was very nice. The pool is small, but you can sit there, every day it is cleaned in the morning and debris and leaves are caught during the day. There are free shuttles to the hotel branch on Kata Beach, if you don’t take a bike or don’t want to spend money on a taxi - a great opportunity to see other beaches. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to Karon, I walk about the same distance every day to the metro, so for us personally the distance is small and familiar, although many say it’s far. Along the way we picked up fruit or stopped at 7/11. Next to the hotel there is a large and uncrowded 7/11, which is also a plus, there are a lot of cafes and all sorts of merchants on the street, there is a temple nearby, where every Tuesday and Friday there is a huge market where you can buy inexpensive souvenirs))

We booked a hotel through one well-known booking service, 3 weeks before the trip, booked with payment on the spot, as a result, a week before arrival, canceled our reservation with the motivation “pay now” or we will cancel your reservation. Communication with the support service did not lead to anything, the hotel responded to the joint venture with “Ok, payment on the spot,” and then again tried to write off the full amount of the reservation from us. As a result, our reservation was simply canceled without warning.

Отель прямо сейчас находится на стадии реновации, пока отремонтирован и введен в эксплуатацию 3 корпус. Этот корпус с номерами делюкс (здесь есть балконы или террасы - в зависимости от этажа), мы покупали путевку в номер категории стандарт, но т.к. эти номера были на ремонте нас поселили в люкс. Все свежее и чистое, матрасы поменяли, кондиционеры новые, вода горячая есть, очень приятный мелкий душ, прикольная система «табличек» - теперь вместо таблички «не беспокоить» или «уберите комнату» - можно нажать на одноименную кнопку и подсветить соответствующий значок. В общем, находится в отеле было приятно! Были небольшие проблемы с кондиционером, но видно что персонал замотивирован на решение проблем, нас слышали и наши проблемы решали. Убирают каждый день, депозит не брали, но надо иметь в виду, что в отеле не дают пляжных полотенец (по крайней мере пока). Завтраки скудные, мест в ресторане очень мало и лежаков у бассейна всего 6. Но оставшиеся недостатки всего лишь мелочи и не более чем придирки. Всем хорошего отдыха)
