Simple and basic place with nice staff and calm location. It is location on a crowdy street, but hidden between houses, there is super quite, I felt at home.

Not a bad in stay hotel need to AC

Cheap old town area many kinds of food Muslim food also have.

When we arrived at the property, we were informed that there were no available rooms. I mentioned that I had booked an AC room for three people with one double bed and one single bed. However, I was told that I could either take a refund or stay in a non-AC room. This was very unprofessional behavior, especially considering the late hour. The following day, I once again had to request a change of room in accordance with our booking. Unfortunately, we encountered the same issue, with the option of a refund being presented to us once more. After some persistence, we were finally able to secure an AC room with three single beds. To compound matters, throughout our stay, there was no room cleaning service provided. This entire experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated, prompting our decision to leave the room two days earlier than planned.

It is old school but comfy

Pros: -Everything corresponds to the description. we even had a new air conditioner. -close to the bus stop going to the beaches. - the cheapest price we could find during the high season and Chinese New Year ($18). Minuses: - MOSQUITOES!!! Buy some insect repellent right away if you want to stay here. The bathroom is very humid and damp, which causes mold in places and mosquitoes. ps Very expensive in terms of price/quality ratio for Thailand in general! For this money you can rent 4 stars in Bangkok, 3 stars in Krabi and 2 stars in Koh Samui! But for Phuket this is the cheapest we found. More or less hotels start from $50. At the same time, the number of tourists is so large that it becomes even creepy. Just like sprat in a jar. Prices for food in cafes and restaurants are also 2-3 times higher. Phuket has become very expensive. And yet, this is an old hotel right in the heart of the old city. To get inside in the evening, you will have to make your way through a huge fair of thousands of people.

There are so many mosquitoes even though there is air conditioning, and there are no quilts so I can only use bath towels, which is a bit uncomfortable... Overall it's okay, the location is great, and the breakfast porridge shop next to it is delicious and only costs about 50 baht.

Checked into the hotel at noon, probably because business was not good, so the boss entrusted the shop at the door to handle it. I was given a room without air conditioning. I took out Ctrip's English confirmation form, and the store owner took a photo and sent it to the boss. According to industry regulations, matters such as this are subject to customer confirmation, and internal problems will be resolved internally. But the boss didn't approve, and the store owner immediately called me. The boss speaks Thai and doesn't know English, so we couldn't communicate. So I told the shop owner that it must be air-conditioned and I could pay the price difference. The person who opened the shop only spoke Thai, but after all, we were face to face and we understood each other. After asking the boss, he said 100 baht. After I paid, I asked for a receipt. She wrote one on a white piece of paper and didn't give it to me. She just asked me to take a photo. After finally getting into the room, there was no hot water to take a shower. I endured it for a while, dried myself and went out to find the store owner at the door. She tinkered with it for a long time but it didn't work. Later I saw a switch outside the bathroom door and reminded her. After she turned it on, hot water came out. It turned out that there was no power. I reported the room dispute to Ctrip. After all, it is Ctrip, and it is not in vain that I have been using Ctrip. The handling was professional. Immediately answer me and Ctrip will bear the 100 baht, and Ctrip will handle the hotel affairs. To sum up, unless you are like me and often go out alone, you have experience and can solve problems. Otherwise, don't stay in this hotel.

The room is quite big, and most of the tenants are foreigners.
