This is just terrible 🤣 We booked this hotel only because everything was completely booked for the Thai New Year.
In general, it is normal for a budget hotel, close to the sea (10 minutes walk), next to 7/11
But the view from the window is either a dirty wall or a noisy street. There were cockroaches crawling around the room. Not such big tropical cockroaches, but just ordinary small cockroaches.
The beds don't move. But the rooms are quite spacious. The hotel is in need of renovation and insect repellent treatment for a long time.
There was hot water.

I booked it based on the pictures and specifically chose a high-scoring one. It was 169 when I booked it. When I checked in, it became 110. I was speechless. The hotel facilities are old and there are cockroaches everywhere. It is very different from the pictures. There is no one at the front desk at any time.
