The hygiene is really average and the facilities are very old.
The surroundings are quite noisy, especially the rooms at the beginning of 1. There is a bar over there, and the whole room is buzzing at night.
It's easy to get a connecting room. There is only one door separating the room from the next door. There is no sound insulation. If you are concerned, remember to emphasize it to the front desk before checking in.
The advantage is that it is right next to the beach. You can lie by the pool and bask in the sun, which makes you feel happy.

Disgusting front desk staff!! I felt a charge of negativity in my direction, a desire to prick, to show me my place. With a new reservation, they forced me to change the room, and check out at 12 and check in at 14. The room in the previous reservation was of the same category. This is my 14th visit to THAILAND, I have always enjoyed holidays here, today’s situation was the only VERY UNPLEASANT one during my acquaintance with Thailand. The impressions from the IMPIANA HOTEL staff are unpleasant..... The holiday is ruined...

The location is good. The few hotels with beachfront access(without crossing roads), located in the Patong area(dont need to get a car out) and have really nice view(if you book the correct rooms) and bathtub. Considered one of the older hotel in this area hence the room size is bigger.
The service is great as well, quite prompt and aren’t pushy about checkouts too. Love the vibes and location will definitely come back again
