This is one of the best hotels in Thailand. The room is very clean, beautiful, bright (there is a balcony and a large window), wonderful view of the garden. High-quality cleaning, friendly staff. Free water is provided, and free tea and coffee are served in the hotel's cafe in the morning. You can also take beach mats for free-it's very convenient. Great hotel.

We booked for a day, it was our first time in Thailand and we had no idea how convenient the location was. We wanted to extend it for the entire vacation, but the room was already occupied. Family room on the 3rd floor, unfortunately there was no elevator. Very clean, comfortable beds, fresh high-quality bedding and towels, shampoo and gel, bathrobes for adults. Refrigerator in the room. View of the garden, it was quiet at night. We liked it, the breakfasts were delicious. There is a market nearby. I recommend it to those who came to spend time on the beach and on excursions, and not in the hotel and pool (it was not here).

We lived in a family room. Large, bright with en-suite bathroom and views of nature. Located 10 minutes from the beach, you have to walk along a shopping street so you don’t even notice how quickly time passes. You can go through the PARADOX hotel, the path will be shorter, and from the beach there is a quick passage through The old Phuket..
Near the hotel there are massages (many different ones) and laundry (washing machines).
The hotel's veranda is a great place to sit in the evening with a cocktail...
Cleaning every day. All is clear..
Breakfast can be bought at the hotel (quite edible).

A clean little hotel. Maybe not everyone will like the unobtrusive service, but for me, this is what we need. Upon check-in, they said that they clean and change linen upon request. Responsive staff - they will help, give advice, you can rent a bike from them (cake is appropriate). There are only two minuses: the sea is about a kilometer away and it is noisy at night - the windows overlook a busy street.

Great value no frills place to stay. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. We had a garden view also, so, it was quiet and we slept well. Staff was friendly. The bottled waters and daily room cleaning were great too. I just wasn’t a fan of the shower with no curtain next to the toilet. It didn’t drain very fast, and the floor was wet around the toilet then. We also had mosquitos, without opening the back door or windows.

Value for money. Nice size room, quiet, comfortable, clean. Hot water small safe for valuables but not a laptop. Free tea, good coffee, and hot chocolate in the morning. 12 minutes walk to the beach. Many restaurants and bars close by. I would stay there again.

went to bar for a meal as wife found out on YouTube that they did western food (also Thai). I needed cottage pie :) wife had Thai. Food was great as was service. Deffo go back. Found location on Google maps right in Karon centre, off main "*****".

Super nice staff, it's just an small in, don't expect a big resort with palm trees and a pool. Great place for solo travellers, and the surrounding town is so fun, just a 10 minute walk from the airport. It's really worth the low price!
