之前的評論懷疑攜程上訂的房間是比較差的，我來做個非常肯定的確定，最貴的房型連住5天，打開房間門的草地上老外在開派對唱歌到很晚；雨水管的水落在水泥地面，整晚睡不好；隔音不好，樓上一大早搬東西聲音很大；浴缸是壞的，放水需要每天一小修，到第四天上門大修；各種可以免費運動的小屋沒有開過門；這些硬件問題都忍忍算了，但是：這家萬豪所謂的度假酒店，體驗了一次完美的種族歧視，看到針對中國人的歧視，大堂及餐廳經理對所有中國人的忽視、餐飲對中國人喜好的不care等；當各類服務人員滿臉假笑的對着各類老白，轉身卻冷漠對着中國人，同樣的笑式服務面對白、中兩種的面孔，so sick，都屬於即想賺中國人的錢，又各種噁心；進出非常麻煩，夜生活、歺飲最近的巴東海灘，來回600THB起；如果同胞們都可以忍受，那專屬海灘是選擇這個酒店的唯一理由，但僅限小小孩；情侶朋友遊還是其他的海灘更合適。以上供後面的同胞參考。想對攜程説的是，對很多人出行第一想到的是你們的客户，這麼多年，終究是被你們辜負了的。

酒店是在半山上，出了酒店兩邊沒有可以逛的地方，酒店內的吃喝比較豐富，主要是泡酒店的小夥伴可以大膽選擇萬豪

房間是正常萬豪水準，服務很好，小童俱樂部活動多，白天參加活動，四五點出來泳池玩耍正好。沙灘很細軟，私有沙灘很安靜。

私有的天堂沙灘，可以浮潛看小雨，沙灘邊上還有spa，喂大象等項目，酒店一整天的安排滿滿，適合喜歡安逸的家庭。早上飛機早的話，餐廳還會幫忙打包早餐，很好的一次體驗

地理位置很偏僻 進去了就打算貓在酒店吧 不然一趟blot230株起步 酒店有接駁車去patong 和江西冷 但是時間不友好 還收費
親子活動安排多 kids club蠻小的 泳池裡麪也就一個滑滑梯
beach grill早飯比kitchen 好一點
入住的時候把我們行李搞丟了 也是奇葩 吵了一架賠了一頓飯也還行
感覺對國人有隱形歧視 國人不多但是我們都在頭尾房相遇了
床上有小蟲子 我們住三樓 睡覺的時候感覺有蟲子爬過弄死了

基本上都挺滿意的，個別服務員有點冷淡，泰餐廳味道不錯吃了2頓，但是第二頓不知道是不是白人比較多就有點疏忽我們，餐前小吃沒給，吸管紙巾點咖啡要了2次才給，還是黑色衣服的年輕服務員給的，買單叫了3次，期間都是先給白人先買單比較積極！房間整體是不錯的，沒看見蟲子但是第二天早上發現電視櫃上密密麻麻的一堆蟲*，廢了件衣服哎！

性價比不高，這個價格三亞可以住亞特蘭蒂斯含早含樂園票了，其他五星酒店至少也能住個家庭房，這房間這麼小還不含早，按金要押半個月到一個月，酒店的泳池不大但海很漂亮，可惜海灘很小也很臟，很多垃圾，真沒想到五星酒店的私人沙灘沒人清理，我下水的時候浪卷着塊木板就砸我腿上了，第二天去看那木板還在沙灘上。衝著浮潛去的，淺海部分比較長，距離浮潛點要游出去蠻遠，浪大一點穿着救生衣就遊不到，失望而歸。
