一家三口出行訂了雙床房酒店提前把床拼在了一起就比較寬敞，本來含2份早餐，酒店送了小孩的❤❤，先説優點：房間乾淨服務好，本來帶了一次性床單都沒有用上，酒店獨享一片沙灘，不用出海就能浮潛，小童泳池也比較大，酒店旁邊山坡上有三衹大象，大人200，小孩120rmb就能一直喂大象和拍照，比起大象營地可能重在人少😊，酒店餐廳吃東西的費用也不是特別高，可以一直酒店躺，晚上十一二點去沙灘的礁石邊還能看到很多海鰻之類的海洋生物，總體對小朋友友好
缺點：1、基本上沒有員工會講中文，最多能聽懂，沒有中文菜單，點菜比較吃力😂，連蒙帶猜，不過服務態度是好的。2、離芭東海灘較遠大概20分鐘車程，不過酒店有穿梭巴士在一定程度上能緩解這個問題，普吉打車grab太貴4公里左右已經是80rmb了。。。bolt會便宜些，但是有時候不好打車，最近711大概1公里，晚上買東西不太方便

The drop off point is always occupied. It should be strictly for pick up drop off only. However , the management do allow tourist operator parked and wait .

酒店其實比較久了，和圖片不太一樣，但房間是新裝修的。中規中矩，馬馬虎虎吧。設施是明顯舊了，沙灘可以去到一些私人的洗衣房私密性差了點，好在服務態度什麼的都很好

之前的評論懷疑攜程上訂的房間是比較差的，我來做個非常肯定的確定，最貴的房型連住5天，打開房間門的草地上老外在開派對唱歌到很晚；雨水管的水落在水泥地面，整晚睡不好；隔音不好，樓上一大早搬東西聲音很大；浴缸是壞的，放水需要每天一小修，到第四天上門大修；各種可以免費運動的小屋沒有開過門；這些硬件問題都忍忍算了，但是：這家萬豪所謂的度假酒店，體驗了一次完美的種族歧視，看到針對中國人的歧視，大堂及餐廳經理對所有中國人的忽視、餐飲對中國人喜好的不care等；當各類服務人員滿臉假笑的對着各類老白，轉身卻冷漠對着中國人，同樣的笑式服務面對白、中兩種的面孔，so sick，都屬於即想賺中國人的錢，又各種噁心；進出非常麻煩，夜生活、歺飲最近的巴東海灘，來回600THB起；如果同胞們都可以忍受，那專屬海灘是選擇這個酒店的唯一理由，但僅限小小孩；情侶朋友遊還是其他的海灘更合適。以上供後面的同胞參考。想對攜程説的是，對很多人出行第一想到的是你們的客户，這麼多年，終究是被你們辜負了的。
