The hotel is a small courtyard, and the rooms are individual. Although it is close to the beach, it is not very humid. Each room has a small terrace with a clothes drying rack where you can dry clothes. Breakfast is freshly cooked, and although there are few choices, it's not bad. The boss and waiters are very enthusiastic, especially the boss helped me rent a car for a day. It is 1.7 kilometers away from Lawai Beach and is easy to drive and walk.

Facilities: Very good. The only drawback is that the shower has a large overhead shower head and the water is relatively small. Hygiene: very clean and satisfactory Environment: Quiet and comfortable Service: The attitude is very good. We went very late on the first night, and the boss was waiting for us as soon as we entered. It felt like home!

Clean and nice service but not much around

I checked in on my first day in Phuket. The a**osphere is good and the sanitation is very good. The key is that the service staff are very enthusiastic and I feel very satisfied overall. It's just that the breakfast style is too limited.

TO FLEE. NEVER GO THERE. I'm leaving one star because Google doesn't allow me to leave 0. Violation of privacy. Presence of cockroach in the room. Nuisance due to the bar opposite. Very busy street. Wake up at 8 a.m. to do the cleaning without even having breakfast. Air conditioning that works poorly. Poor housekeeping. Very small room, don't be fooled by the misleading photos. Very poorly soundproofed rooms. It was, by far, the worst and traumatic hotel experience of my life. I really weigh my words. To begin with we booked 4 nights, we stayed 2 days and 2 nights without even wanting any refund. This shows the experience we had. The only positive point of this hotel is the porter who is treated in the worst way by the manager. I wish him lots of courage in working with this horrible person. First of all, we arrived for check-in at 3 p.m. and we directly asked for a specific model of scooter which was not available so we settled on another model. The price, model and time were set by telephone with the person responsible for this service and the hotel manager was a witness as we communicated via her cell phone. After 20 minutes of waiting, still no scooter. At 4 p.m. we showed up at reception and asked where the scooter was because we depended on it to be able to get out. What was our surprise when the manager told us that she understood that we no longer needed it. She therefore re-contacted the same person we had spoken to on the phone 20 minutes earlier. The manager told us to wait 10 minutes at reception to bring the scooter back without even offering a glass of water. The scooter person came at 4:30 p.m., a total of 50 minutes of waiting instead of the initial 10 and with the wrong scooter. I pointed out to her that this is not the model we had agreed on over the phone and she told me very haughtily that our scooter was arriving and that we would still have to wait. On the other hand, for her, a glass of water was served to her directly in front of our eyes by the members of the team under the order of the manager. She wanted to do the rental contract with our passports without even having the scooter in front of us??? I tried to chat with her when she kindly explained to me that if it suited me I just had to wait and not bother her. Because of such a lack of respect, we decided to tell him that we no longer wanted the scooter and leave. Two nights later, and the day of our hasty departure, I had the misfortune of asking for a breakfast WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE WE PAID. Breakfast for which we had agreed the day before concerning the menu and the time at which I wanted to have it. Conditions which were, of course, not respected. The manager very clearly told me that
