The hotel has a good location in the Patong area. A 10-minute walk takes you to the beach and the most popular street, Bangla Road. The service is very good, they cleaned the room regularly, leaving two bottles of water, tea and coffee. A great option for a budget holiday in the heart of Phuket!

We stayed for 1 day to extend our vacation. Great location, everything is there and everything is nearby, close to the sea, the room is not bad, with a balcony. Im very disappointed with the service and facilities of this hotel. First, I would say the location is good.
But the facility of the hotel need to improve.
I paid premium price for a pool access room. But I couldn't have a chance to swim. The swimming pool is very dirty. They didn't clean the pool and change water. It caused I didn't swim.
I stayed here for two days. I requested the toilet and drinking water from the front desk. The staff is unfriendly and told their staff will send to us once they tidy my room. At the end of the day, they didn't clean up my room and I have to go to front desk to get toilet tissue and drinking water. The unfriendly lady staff not around. I asked another one to help me.
The facility of fbt room is needed to upgrade. It is lack to hanger/lights. The shower room is small, it is no space to our shampoo and shower gel.
The room is small. Even two of us also feel narrow.
I paid 5 Stars hotel price and get 2 stars hotel facilities.
I really disappointed about this hotel.
