The place was good. The room was big and spacious. The rooms were celaned daily. The only thing is that for Airport drop off service has an additional charge 800 baht.

Nice hotel, perfect in location and the garden. But the noise from air conditioners needs to be fixed

My husband and I had a great stay at the Patong Palace, lovely service and very helpful. We would’ve preferred to have a safe in our room, all the safes are located at reception and you need a staff member to give you access each time upon use. We were only provided with two pillows in our room ( one pillow each) it would’ve been nice to have four pillows altogether. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

Florals countryside tranquil atmosphere, but no security safety box.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms are small but cozy, the bath and balcony are large, we were given a room closer to the pool on the 2nd floor (I liked the 2nd floor better.) Cleaning on the 4th floor, the bed was made, towels were changed (they are only given 3 for 3 people !), but the floors, it seemed to me, were not washed daily. Someone was biting at night for 3 weeks, mostly in bed, powerful Thai fumitox worked around the clock, the child was smeared with special creams and sprayed, but it didn’t help, it was of course very stressful. Why did I make such a conclusion, because we went to the islands and no one was bitten in another hotel (no new bites were found), maybe these were not mosquitoes at all. Well suited for families with children, because it is quiet and peaceful, there is a swimming pool with a paddling pool. The location is good and there is a large shopping center to Jangceylon, and to Bangla Road (entertainment street) and to Patong Beach (10 minutes walk). The owners are always present at the hotel, but we never contacted them, as all issues were always resolved at the reception. All the necessary places (currency exchange, pharmacies, laundry, grocery stores, fruit and grocery stores) are all located next to the hotel. I recommend the hotel.

The Chinese is average, the service is OK, the room is on the first and second floor, the only good thing is that it faces the street. The breakfast is simple, the hygiene is OK, if you don't have too many requirements, you can stay here.

The hotel is located in Patong, the rooms are surrounded by a small garden with ponds and a swimming pool. It is quiet at night. The room has a good shower with hot water. Delicious breakfast in the morning. For this money - a gift. For those who care - the mattress on the bed is very hard - it did not bother us.

We stayed for one night before moving to another hotel, unexpectedly we really liked it, a beautiful and very warm swimming pool, an excellent restaurant, nice territory, the room was quite spacious, all the amenities were there, TV with YouTube, we watched New Year's programs and films. The beach in the north of Patong is 500 meters away.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the place is quiet, close to the beach, everything you need is nearby (7/11 shop, moped rental, nice cafes and restaurants, etc.). The staff is polite and friendly. The area is nice, the pool did not swim, but it looks good. As for the number. Pretty clean by Asian standards. The furniture is not new, but it does not spoil the overall look. The bathroom in our room was recently updated. The water in the bathroom is hot and has good pressure. The only downside is the bed. The mattress is hard, the pillows are uncomfortable, the bedding is of poor quality and old. The air conditioning system is also old, not regulated, and noisy. Stayed two nights and didn't get a good night's sleep. Also in the room there are no tulle curtains, only thick ones. There are many other hotels nearby and you feel uncomfortable with open curtains. At the same time, the light is dim and it is not enough. Well, the shared balcony is a little confusing. Breakfast is normal, for those who don't eat much like us😄

This place is absolutely amazing. A very tranquil hidden gem in the busy area. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and owners. The accommodations and areas are immaculate. We will defiantly booked this again if we come back to Patong. Thank you.

If I had known quite how busy Patong was I would have chosen a different beach like Karon. However Patong Palace has a lot going for it if you don't want to spend too much. Its at the N end of Patong and whilst the main street off the hotel is busy and connects with all the rest of the town its very quiet and green with attractive well tended gardens. I did not use the pool but I appreciated the hotel as a bit of a haven close to but apart from all the chaos. Id recommend one of the bigger rooms on the ground floor. Its a bit old fashioned decor wise but the room is cool, particularly with the fan going too and has a bit of character. Staff are friendly and hard working and rooms are v. clean. Shower pressure a bit iffy. The restaurant attached is pretty good too. Beware there is no room security box, they have one at reception. Patong has a couple of good food markets, particularly Bazaan seafood but really unless you want the chaos, endless massage parlours and taxi touts I'd stay at a nearby beach like Karon or Kamala and get a taxi ride into Patong in the evening if you want a wild night. Bangla Walking street is a living hell, so noisy, devoid of any charm and incredibly seedy. Patong beach is only 15 minutes walk away. Its a nice beach, clean sea but I much preferred every other beach as they were less crowded and had more charm. North End much better than centre or South. if you want to visit other beaches rather than Patong this hotel works because you are not paying beach hotel prices.

I stayed here for two nights as I wanted to check out the bar/restaurant/nightlife scene in Patong. The grounds are very nicely maintained and feature a restaurant and swimming pool on the property. There is ample parking for those that self-drive, this one one of the main reasons I stayed here. The room was large, comfortable and, clean but a bit dated. Typical of an older-style Thai hotel. The air conditioning, hot water, and refrigerator worked well. The linen, bedding, and towels were fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At a walk-in rate of 800 THB per night, I thought it was a good deal for the price and would stay here again for sure.

I stayed at the Patong Palace Hotel for the third time in January because the hotel always makes people feel comfortable and leisurely. The beautiful garden environment, the open and elegant swimming pool, the balcony on the second floor allow you to relax and leisurely, and the Thai food in the hotel restaurant is also It's a must-have. It has everything nearby. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach and 15 minutes to walk to the pedestrian street. Overall, I like this restaurant very much! The attitude of the hotel is terrible.... It's beautiful, no doubt, green and all that. But the attitude (((((...and now to the point, we vacationed in early June with our daughter. We were package travelers, breakfast included, we lived in room 102,106 , in the morning for a meeting with a representative of Biblio Globus, a girl dropped along a path entwined with greenery and drank a glass of juice, after the meeting for a legal, paid breakfast, I take a sausage with an egg, but my daughters refuse this, like you’ve already been, now he’s personally for it’s paid for you (((((((((said the old hag administrator, about whom I’ll tell you later, the rest of the hotel workers, twist at the temple, and say that she is wrong) But she is older, and her daughter is driven away from her legitimate breakfast, demanding payment.
