The staff were very kind and I had a very comfortable stay. It is a little far from the downtown area, so it is a little inconvenient to walk. Recommended for those who want to spend a quiet time.I wish the pool was a little cleaner.

comfortable , cozy , spacious room. Good breakfast, buffet and alacart order . Location is near to town also . Big swimming pool that you can swim , relax, and chill.

The rooms are big and decent and have privacy. The atmosphere is also quite nice and cozy, and it feels like living in a small jungle. I've tried 3-4 hotels in Siem Reap and this is probably the best for me. I'll rate 4.5 out of 5 stars among hotels in SR.

Staff is not helpful at all in term of issuing invoice for business purpose. I have to wait 40mns and end up unsettle on my issue.

Not as good as the picture. There was only one security guard when checking in. The next day we checked out and asked us for the room fee. It is strange that we will stay without paying? The photos of the room did not match. The room reserved for us was above but the room for us was underground. At night, there were unknown noises that sounded frighteningly. The room was full of small insects and geckos, and the bed was not clean. It was very hard to sleep well for a night, it is not recommended to stay.

Hillocks Hotel and Spa was a hidden gem that I stumbled upon visiting the wonderful city of Siem Reap located in the beautiful country of Cambodia. From the moment I walked into the facility I was warmly welcomed by the staff. My room was spacious and comfortable. The vibe of the hotel was very relaxing. Definitely will stay again on my next visit. Side note, Sammy is the best!!

This is super good hotel with great service and views. We stayed at here 2 nights and room big clean and Sophonn front desk is very nice and helpful with our check in day. Everyone here with smiles and enthusiasm. Super happy to stay at here, highly recommended. Whats more the breakfast is tasty as well. 我和妈妈在这里住了两天，大家都特别热情服务也很好，房间很大很干净，早餐也好吃，推荐推荐

I went few day in Siem Reap, Great place to stay. I like the swimming pool and atmosphere here beautiful and natural, staff helpful and friendly, nice & cleanliness room, good breakfast. Reasonable price. Recommended Hotel!! Thank you for warm welcome and a good service.

Our group had a wonderful experience during our trip in Siem Reap. Specially during our stay with Hillocks and the staff was amazing. They are well trained and provided us useful information about Siemreap. their swimming pool is huge and very relaxing for us after a full day temples tour. overall great stayed and we will be back again.
