"The breakfast is outstanding. Unfortunately room 125 had air con blasting straight at the bed. The lowest setting I could find was tornado level as was the noise it made. Too hot to do without. This brought my score tumbling as everything else is spot on!"

"Pros: + Good location just 15 mins walk from Pub Street + Friendly and helpful staff + Comfortable beds and spacious rooms Cons: - Shower drain was a bit clogged so water would overflow and make the whole floor wet - Mosquitoes can enter the room from opening the door, so have to be quick - Barking dog at the house at the back (not the fault of the hotel) Overall, for the reasonable price paid, good location and generally comfortable rooms, can't complain."

"Wow! Bravo!!! 🥳 This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at, across all my travels! 5/5 stars! Everyone here is amazing! The staff are wonderful! Daily housekeeping! The pool is clean and has a comfortable temperature. Despite a minor issue during check-in, they resolved it professionally! A huge thank you! The location is excellent, and it's quiet. There's a large supermarket and a 7/11 within walking distance. I highly recommend everyone to stay here, you won't regret it! And make sure to choose a room with a balcony or window on the side where you can catch the sunrise/sunset – it's an incredible sight!"

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was quiet and clean, and the service staff were consistently friendly and helpful. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Pub Street, which is convenient, though there are only a few restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance. The only downside was that the bathtub plug wasn’t working, which made the tub unusable. Aside from that, everything else was comfortable, and I genuinely enjoyed my time here."

"We only stayed for 3 days- and they were the best three days we had in south east Asia- the welcome we received from this amazing hotel was un matched anywhere, with a smiley, friendly and cheery welcome, they setttled us in with welcome drinks and snacks. When we arrived in our room, our names were spelt out in rose petals. Made us feel so over joyed. The swimming pool is top class, and drinks were great. The only negative from our room, was the smell from the bathroom drains, although we understand this may be a hard fix. Overall we would stay here again when we return. Thank you"

"I think this hotel offers excellent value for money. The staff's exceptional hospitality, the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, and the facilities were all outstanding. Its location, slightly set back from bustling areas like Pub Street, was a plus, allowing for a peaceful escape from the noise. The main entertainment areas are still within easy walking distance, or just a $1 tuk-tuk ride away. The only minor issue I encountered was some mold in the shower. This was a shame, especially since the shower's water pressure and temperature control were otherwise excellent. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Siem Reap."
