"Stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is quite new, the room is clean and the 2nd floor I stayed in has a balcony overlooking the street. It has no elevator but the staff assisted me getting my luggage up to the room. They serve breakfast and lunch at the ground floor. The pool looks relaxing and there’s a bar where you can order drinks from. The location is about 1.4 km from the night market and pub street so it was manageable for me to walk there."

"This is a hotel with a history: plaster ceilings and gorgeous carved wood everywhere. It reminds of the grand hotels of Asia. It is clean and decently maintained. The pool is lovely. Included breakfast was good and the poolside restaurant is fine for a drink or a meal. The staff are almost painfully keen to serve. Location was good also, easy walk to Pub Street."

"It’s a little far from the city center, but still a great hotel. (Can be hard to get too if rainy) It’s in a very quiet location which is great if you don’t want the city center noise! The entire staff is super friendly and had a great level of English! The staff was very helpful if we had any problems or if we needed help. We will definitely come back here to relax next time we are in Siem Reap!"

"The location is great. It is near the night market and pub street. A lot of good restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The service is great. The receptionists, restaurant crew, and cleaning/maintenance personnel are well-trained and welcoming. I love the hospitality offered by their lovely staff. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 They offer welcoming drinks and fruits as well as afternoon tea with fruit juices, fresh fruits, and other snacks. The hotel is eco-friendly and very relaxing. They offer tuk-tuk services and tours. This way, you are sure that you are in good hands. They also offer free tree planting. They provided a tuk-tuk ride from The Urban to their other hotel The Nature. There, we were guided by Joseph, as we plant our Golden Shower plant, Angki. He was so nice and very accommodating. Overall, we had a nice and amazing stay with The Urban. *I love their Mango Sticky Rice ❤️ -Room 33"

"My first visit to Cambodia. Booked this hotel because the price was so good £10 a night. Great location, I had a wee balcony so bad a good view. Very central in the city.  Not too far or expensive to visit the temples - all transport is arranged through the lovely wee receptionist Iris (who works far too many days and hours but continues to greet you everytime with her smile and positive attitude. Very helpful with tour advice, was great paying the hotel for transport (tuk tuk and car) saved a lot of hassle. Extended my stay in Cambodia and had no reason to change hotels.  Will definitely stay here again"

"Being so close to the riverwalk, Pub Street, and the Old Market made exploring the city really easy and convenient. The rooftop pool was excellent, and the staff was so friendly, cheerful, and helpful. For me, personally, I there was 1 drawback -- My room was underneath the pool and the stage, so we heard the thrum of live music through the walls until late and the splash of the infinity pool non-stop."

"Very good hotel. Breakfast is good - but there are only very limited things on the buffet... most things need to be ordered from the menu. We didn't realise the first day that you could order multiple things off the menu, so we initially thought that the breakfast was tiny and rubbish - but once we realized you could order multiple items we enjoyed lovely breakfasts every day. The rooms are great and the big pool is fantastic. Free massages with the rooms were phenomenal."

"Very close to the business district. The restaurant downstairs is delicious. Breakfast is semi-buffet, so you need to wait for a long time. There is no elevator and you need to carry your luggage by yourself. There are also several stairs at the door. If you are a beautiful girl dragging a large luggage, this hotel is not recommended."
