The environment is OK. It's close to Patong Beach, about 10 minutes' walk. The view from the upper floors is nice. The breakfast is very rich. But when I wanted to order room service in the afternoon, the front desk said it was out of stock. I asked if they could send two bath towels and two bottles of water. The front desk also said no. They said the cleaners would walk around the door of each room at 12 noon. If the sign says it needs cleaning, they will go in to clean it. So we need to cater to the cleaning staff's time. I don't understand it.

Very disappointing 😞 especially the attitude of the reception manager was very rude and discourteous. We requested late check out since my mother was unwell, the reception manager showed complete disregard and lack of concern. Will never recommend this hotel to visit with the family.
