怎麼説的，其實房間還算整潔。但是説實話，不值得這個價錢，酒店大堂的話，確實挺美，但是也很熱。主要是螞蟻很多，這個價位説實話應該是能解決的，但是沒想到這麼誇張。其實整體還算乾淨整潔。步行挺遠的，主要熱。自行體會吧，這個價位怎麼説呢。有待提高

We booked a 4-day suite, which was newly renovated and had a great room. When we left on the first two days of our stay, we left tips on the table for housekeeping, who did a good job of cleaning. On the third morning, we didn't have change and didn't leave any tips, so the cleaning staff deliberately disgusted us by leaving the complimentary water at the door and picking up the half-drunk drink that we had thrown into the trash can and putting it back on the table. Apart from making the bed, they didn't do anything else to tidy up for us.
Their professionalism is outrageous. Doesn't the room rate of more than 2,000 yuan a night include cleaning? Do you have to tip for a good cleaning?

It's very inconvenient, and the hotel's hygiene is average. The hotel is on a mountain, and there is a long distance from the lobby to the room. Unfortunately, we were assigned to the most remote building in the entire hotel. Unless you plan to stay in the room all the time, don't choose this hotel. Although there is a shuttle bus, the front desk may not answer the phone during peak hours. However, I still praise the service attitude of one of the hotel staff, Bale, who is awesome.
