The balcony door could not be closed and there were quite a few dead insects sticking to the ceiling. Besides this the cleanliness was surprisingly good. In total it's a good place to stay on a low budget and it's nice to have a small balcony.

Really friendly staff . Owner is Chinese . Can keep your own food in the fridge in the room which is a good size . Clean . Good location . No complaints.

Hotel location was great , the staff were friendly. The only issue is that there’s no elevator so u gotta take the stairs and it’s not so convenient with your luggage but luckily there’s someone at the front desk to help you with that. Overall room is good shower good has a balcony room isn’t stuffy either. Good value for money.

The guesthouse is located 15 minutes from the sea and twenty minutes from the shopping center. The owner is friendly and lives with his family. We need to improve the cleaning of the rooms because in 7 days nothing was cleaned for us. Otherwise the hotel is not bad!

Unlike many Thai B&Bs I have stayed in, there will be room renewal the next day, which is good. The boss is from Henan, China. Communication with Chinese people is very smooth during check-in. The boss can provide a lot of help before and during check-in, which adds a lot to the Chinese people's check-in experience. Finally, a few Phuket tips: 1. Do not exchange too many baht after landing at any airport in Thailand. It is not cost-effective. In fact, there are many exchange points in every city in Thailand, which is much more cost-effective than the airport. 2. Seafood is sold on the first floor of Patong Seafood Market in Phuket and processed on the second floor. Don't be embarrassed to haggle, just haggle to death. Holding a giant lobster and gnawing on it is not a luxury. 3. Don’t go to any store with green leaves. If you go back to China, your urine will be checked and you will have to step on the sewing machine for a while. 4. It is most convenient to rent a motorcycle at several beaches near Patong, but it is best to include a fine of 1,000 baht (200 yuan) for driving without a license in your budget. After paying the fine, take the receipt with you. Two days free of charge. Dealing with violations is very simple, just do what the police tell you.

For Chinese people, this is the best value for money hotel in Patong! The boss is Chinese and very enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk can also speak Chinese, so there is no communication barrier.

The boss overbooked the rooms, and when we arrived, he said there were no rooms. He helped to arrange for us to go to a newly opened hotel next door. But the sanitary conditions were very poor. Overall, it was a very bad experience

The boss is nice and helps us as much as possible. The room is clean and cleaned every day. There is a refrigerator and a safe in the room. Opposite the hotel is a 711 convenience store. It is a short distance from Simon** Show, Patong Beach, and Patong to Phuket Town. The bus stop and the airport bus are all about 1 km away on foot. The room is not small, as expected, but the windows are of poor quality and can be bumped by the wind. The sound of motorcycles is very noisy at night. It is impossible to sleep at night. The price/performance ratio is good. The hotel is relatively new, but the balcony is too small. I hope it can be improved.

The window in the room was broken and it kept blowing around at night. It was very noisy and I couldn't sleep well. There were no blackout curtains. .
