Very nice staff in the lobby

Hotel is okay, room is nice. However, the location is not very good, far from everything. There's nothing thats walkable from the hotel. You either need a bike or car to stay in this hotel. Breakfast buffet wasnt that good either, not many varieties and taste are mid. Overall hotel was nice, put aside the location and breakfast.

Booked a 5 days stay here. Service was beyond expectation! Although the room were abit dusty here n there when we first entered but they rectified it the next day during the usual morning room service cleaning. Breakfast spread was also adequate enough for us. The location itself is quite a distance away from all the tourists areas like patong beach etc, but we love it here as it is super peaceful compared to patong and etc. 10/10 would recommend for travellers to come here!

Only downside is the location. Overall a really pretty place and would definitely come back again if i am in phuket! I love the staff there, as they are really friendly and efficient! The rooms are spacious and clean as well!

The hotel is very clean. And everything works fine. Nothing was broken. It’s just a little humid in the room cause of the pool right outside your door. But when you turn on the AC you forget about that. Location is okay. This was the last leg of of my trip so I wanted to be close to the airport which I was. But if you’re planning to stay here and move around Phuket, maybe it’s best you get a car rental or a bike at least. I was hailing taxis to move around and it was okay all over Phuket but a little difficult here I don’t know why. Sometimes there would be no taxi’s in the area (as in no taxi’s on the hailing apps). The service is good. The staff is competent and helpful. Amenities are really good. Pool very big, gym efficient, Cafe with great food, please try it, room service - loved that. The hotel breakfast was average though. I ate it once and decided to save the calories for better food elsewhere OR their Cafe. I can go on and on about how nice their vegetarian pizza is. Also I really like how clean, organised and in good working order everything in the bathroom is. Lastly, the day I checked in, I was actually really sick and they let me check in early because the room was ready (without me asking or even telling them I was sick). I really appreciated that.

We loved staying at Tour de Phuket. It was ideally located close to many activities in Phuket. The staff was extremely helpful and the room service was quick and efficient. Our room was upgrade to the poolside entrance and that was the highlight of our trip. It offered privacy and great amenities like the spa and gym facilities. Would definitely visit again. Loved the place

1). The staff were friendly and professional. 2). Breakfast was substantial. 3). Cafe provided quick and delicious meal options. 4).Foot and leg massage was phenomenal. 5). Easy check-in and check-out process. No deposit required! 6). Location was convenient for hotel pickup and drop off for the popular tour companies. 7). A 20-30 minute drive to/from the airport. However, it is very far from the popular hotspots or night life. Overall, a decent accommodation.

This hotel has been the highlight of my trip. It is set out absolutely beautiful and modern. The room is spacious and what an amazing view over the pool of which you can get straight into from your room• Service staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. Restaurant lunch also very good. Location is a little far from activities, there’s a mall 10minutes walk down the road, R Lifestyle mall. But over all a great stay! Thank you very much!

staff so slowly, room so smell and so dirty, air conditioner was out of order, breakfast wans fine.

They provided early breakfast for us during Tour De Phuket cycling races. Their 7am breakfast is tasty and nice. Constantly kept our rooms clean. Lovely friendly staff and near Robinsons which has fantastic food.

Jacuzzi was great. bed and pillows are standard. Decent hotel to stay with a mall nearby 5 mins ride.

Hotel well presented and staff friendly and always available. The room we booked had the pool access which was well needed on those hot days out. Sunlight on the pool though is restricted for when we went at start of march possibly before this time the sun may shine more on the pool never the less it was still a warm pool. Food was more than enough breakfast had a good selection hot and cold food was available. It was our first trip to phuket and we was away from the beaches but taxis using the bolt app is well recommended very cheap. We had a 50 min taxi to one beach and cost us £10 English. Definitely a tip using the bolt app. There plenty of restaurants about though we found a few via walking but no paths so be careful on roads. Big shopping centre was a 10 minute walk and had everything you could imagine. Joe clark
