Good location, close to Central Phuket Festival and Andamanda water park. The room is clean and big enough. Have a small balcony which you can hang your clothes. Only they don’t provide slippers and tooth brush.

I’m really happy that we stayed here. We got even better room when we check in. The hotel is good looking, nice area, big swimming pool. The workers are nice and helpful. With great pleasure will come here again:)

It's more like an apartment than a hotel, the room was very small. lots of foreigners were living their, the place situated was inconvenient.

The hotel is nice, so clean and modern, great swimming pool with stunning scenery ❤️ we came a bit early and receptionists were so kind and upgraded our suit😊 so convenient app for guests! Highly recommend 🏝️

The location is a little far from the sea, but the room and the facilities are clean and modern; staff very gentle.

Pros: Good value for money, staff were great, rooftop pool was awesome, spacious rooms with everything you need, dog friendly.
Cons: bit far away from beaches and some attractions but close to Phuket old town.

It was a good choice. But location is not good. Everything is clean and nice.

Traveled throughout southeast asia for a month and discovered the Homa Residence on the last few days before leaving for america. I'll have to admit, it was exactly what i was looking for, a taste of home. The rooftoop restaurant and infinity pool was excellent. Although you will pay tourist prices on food/drinks, it was top notch and worth the price. The room was a great value ,and I will definitlely return to stay here when i stop back in Phuket. Anybody from the states and european countries, if you need a break from the immodium and spicy thai foods, this is your spot.

-Nice infinity pool
-Close to Chillva Market
-Counter staffs are nice
Cons:
-Dental kit only provide on request (via the hotel app)
-Not enough hot water (not sure if its just my room)
