On the first night of check-in, the room was cleaned, towels, pajamas, and toiletries were not provided. On the second night, after I complained, I was given an apology letter and some fruit. I stayed for 4 nights in a row, but the fruit was not taken away until I checked out. The fruit was already inedible and rotten. On the day of check-out, I asked the hotel to bring bags to pack my luggage, and the hotel politely gave me two garbage bags. There were toads and bugs on the lounge chair. Four nights cost 16000+, an average of more than 4000 per night. The service is totally unworthy of the price.

In addition to the terrible breakfast, the place is far away and the service and hygiene are poor. The sheets are dirty and there is a pool inside which is also smelly.
