This is such a worst hotel to stay in,
So dirty beds and towels like they did not clean it at all.
Very inconsiderate staff, the woman at the front the one with the blond hair very unprofessional.
It was old and what’s worst is they did not gave me the room the I booked cause they said they are renovating, next time if you are renovating don’t ever accept a booking.
Reeks with paint and THEY DO NOT HAVE ELEVATOR/ LIFT
I never go back here, rooms are very untidy.

Отель не увидел бронирование, сделанное trip.com через партнёра.
Пришлось связываться с поддержкой и отдельно сотрудникам ресепшн с менеджером отеля. Но в итоге ситуация решилась, нас заселили. Как я понимаю, в отеле идет ремонт, возможно поэтому часть бронирований приостановлены.
Расположение хорошее, много вкусных недорогих кафе рядом. Но до пляжа идти минут 25, но спасает то, что путь лежит большей части по тени торгового центра.
В торговом центре есть много магазинов одежды и аксессуаров, плюс большой BIG C с приятными ценами. Напротив отеля бар, номер выбрали с видом на него, хоть и шум до 3 ночи, но нам не мешало)

По отзывам на трип.ком и др сайтах бронирования более менее, нам нужен был отель только переночевать
Приехали, заселились, ничего не предвещало беды. Номер откровенно потрепанный, фото не соответствуют действительности! Шторы порезаны, много муравьев возле окон, все старое
Мы подошли к стойке регистрации и попросили поменять номер, на что нам ответили, что свободных номеров нет.. Тогда мы попросили вернуть деньги, на что, после общения с руководством отель вроде бы пошел
НО: так как мы бронировали через трип.ком, а они через *******, то началось перетягивание одеяла.. Служба поддержки трип.ком была на связи, но общение с отелем напрямую не происходило, что очень тормозило процесс. Отель соглашался вернуть всю сумму, но в общении с ******* эту информацию не подтверждал.. Мы и звонили в отель, и писали в ватсап, но в итоге добились лишь компенсации 1/3 от общей суммы
Повезло, что нашли другой отель неподалеку, а так, в сезон в центре Патонга все было занято
Этот отель не рекомендую, если не хотите испортить себе отдых!

Not bad at all! Nice rooms, nice staff and convenient location. Some stuff could be better but for the price you’ll be paying its well worth it.
