從機場到酒店辦理入住時剛好兩點鐘，熱情接待～在等待入住的時候還有冰毛巾冰鎮草莓汁和曲奇送上。小姐姐貼心的把酒店每個角落都介紹了一遍，還問了我們離開的時間和航班。我們是4號離開，3號的下午就收到了前台的來信幫我們預訂好了buggy和出租車～真的很貼心 酒店內出行靠buggy接送，房間內致電前台就行，十分鐘左右就到非常方便。每天還會收到不同的小驚喜分別是：小海龜、露楚、筷子、精油、香薰噴霧

I walked around the main entrance of the hotel for several times before I found it. I felt that Laguna was building houses all over the place. It was less quiet and beautiful than when I came here many years ago. It was a bit messy. There was nothing next to the hotel. I basically nested in the hotel when I entered. The room was still beautiful. As always, I liked the smell of Banyan Tree. I would buy shampoo and body lotion every time I came. This time, I found that there were many smells. You can try them in the store next to the lobby and choose the smell. To be honest, every one of them smells good. I picked 4 kinds, and the customers in the store were 30% off. We 2 adults brought our 12-year-old daughter. The child was estimated to be charged 3,500 per night according to the price of adults, which was very expensive. In the evening, we ordered a Thai fried rice noodle and a curry chicken in the Thai restaurant of the hotel. It was almost RMB 300 including tax. A cocktail by the pool was almost RMB 100. It tasted good. There was nothing wrong with it except that it was a little expensive. The breakfast was the most abundant among the hotels in Phuket this time. It was much better than Katathani. There were Japanese elements, and the cakes were also exquisite and delicious. There were also small snacks with Thai characteristics. The fruit had mangosteen, and you could make your own mango sticky rice. It was worth recommending. Not far from the beach, just a few minutes walk

Before coming here, I was worried for a long time because there were many comments saying that it was old and the service was not good. Facts have proved that the general standard of super luxury hotels is far higher than ordinary five-star hotels. It is said to be the first Banyan Tree in the world. It is old, but the room is newly renovated and very new. There is no sanitary dead corner in the bathroom. There is no trace of oldness in the public area. Each room has a self-circulating system and a constant temperature swimming pool. It is really happy to lie down and watch the birds flying in the sky. And the vegetation often becomes more lush after years. So the traces of time are just precipitation. Room: Every design of the room shows the five-star quality, the faucet with gentle water flow, the bathroom with no sanitary dead corners, the automatic toilet, the constant temperature self-circulating swimming pool in each villa, the mosquito repellent in the room, the soft bedding but surprisingly very comfortable, and I had a good sleep. Breakfast: The breakfast also maintains the standard, very rich, coffee can be made into ice latte, eggs have N ways, including Benedict eggs, all delivered directly to the table, and taste very good! Smoked salmon is available. The various Thai desserts are very authentic, and the Western cakes are also very soft. You can make mango sticky rice in the fruit area. It is recommended to choose the one with breakfast. Service: Free Thai honey water and flower bracelets are provided at check-in. You can check in at your seat and do not need to carry your luggage. The room has the most abundant welcome fruit I have ever seen (maybe it is a Ctrip courtesy? Forgive me for not being the first time to experience such a large fruit plate with high card in various hotels). You can call a shuttle bus to go anywhere in the room. The swimming pool provides ice water, bath towels and swimming rings. All the waiters have been smiling and will talk to you. I didn't find the tip, and it was the same smile as before. The waiters can speak English, but not Chinese, and some English foundation is needed to communicate. Restaurant: It is a pity that the trip was too short and I didn't eat the hotel's meals, but the hotel provides a variety of catering, including tapas (a kind of Spanish snack) restaurants that are difficult to find in China. There is also a water restaurant on the shuttle boat side, which only provides dinner. The swimming pool provides drinks and hamburgers, which are all made on the spot and can be eaten while soaking, which is very happy. Massage spa: The spa at Banyan Tree is very famous, but the hotel price is too expensive. The cheapest single item costs 3,000 Thai baht. We had a Thai massage in Patong before, which was only 350 per person. Therefore, I really didn't make up my mind to experience it. Finally, I chose the one with the highest rating nearby. The massage shop is outside the resort, and a shuttle bus can be sent to pick up and drop off. The environment is also very good, but the price will be twice as expensive as Patong. Other notes: We chose a shuttle boat to go to the resort hotel. There are three hotels in Laguna Resort with different prices. You can go there by shuttle bus and boat. There is a canal village in the resort, and there will be fire dances and markets on Saturday and Sunday nights. I don't know if Banyan Tree can go there. We took a boat to another hotel and then took a shuttle bus to come here. But it is very deserted here during the day and it is not worth experiencing. If you want to go out, you need to take a shuttle bus to the exit of the resort and then take a taxi. PS, taking a boat is also a very happy experience. Finally: In general, the service and environment are far better than Banyan Tree Shanghai (I have stayed in these two), and are comparable to Aranya Bali. The price of 2,000 is very cost-effective. The resort hotel is worth staying for 20 hours or two days to experience. We had too much fun before and arrived late, so we didn't experience the swimming pool and the main meal. It's a pity. Maybe, next time^_^. I rarely write long articles. The last one was dedicated to the Waldorf Astoria Xiamen, which is also a great hotel. The reason why I wrote so much is because I really like it. It was a pleasant surprise. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

The room is well maintained, new and clean. The service is generally good, with a few minor omissions. The shuttle bus, restaurant service and cleaning staff are all great. The hotel is ecologically friendly and isolated, very comfortable.

酒店環境設施很不錯。但是入住小姐姐明顯沒有交代清楚加床和加餐的政策，房間內幾乎所有東西都要收費，就連一次性拖鞋估計也是反覆使用的🥵國內這個價位的酒店肯定全是免費的，退房是前台女態度也有點惡劣。雖然送了個生日🎂，沒有驚喜吧😛真不知道自己這次怎麼會鬼使神差的去泰國，相信以後不會主動去泰國了
