Great location, good hotel, a little tired of course, but overall ok! Good breakfasts. There are many cafes, shops nearby, the beach (not the best of course) but within walking distance! Wonderful pool in greenery!!! The hotel is more suitable for a family holiday!

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, cleaning every day if necessary. 3 swimming pools, one of them on the roof. Lots of greenery. Breakfast is normal for Tai. Located near the beach, next to a bus stop.

Kata Beach is mostly populated by Europeans and Americans, so when choosing accommodation, I saw many hotel reviews that discriminated against Chinese people. It was true after actual testing. Because of the implementation of Thailand's permanent visa-free policy after March 1, hotel prices have soared. In the end, I had to choose Kata Palm Resort & Spa, which had average service reputation but good hardware conditions. When booking a room on Ctrip, the hotel marked a king-size bed or 2 single beds. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, we did forget to emphasize that we wanted a king-size bed room. It was not until the doorman helped us deliver our luggage to the room that we found that the front desk assigned us a double bed room, and the room was opposite the main building, and the view was very depressing. So I told the doorman that we wanted a king-size bed room. The doorman didn't understand English very well, and called the front desk with a confused look on his face, and then told us to change to a king-size bed room. As a result, a room service staff came a while later, holding the sheets and wanted to make the bed for us. I understood that they actually wanted to put two single beds together to pretend to be a king-size bed room! What a joke! The most annoying thing is that if there are really no king-size rooms, it is understandable. Who told me that I originally booked a random allocation? But this is not the case. Under our uncompromising request, the waiter called the English-speaking room supervisor. After communicating with the front desk for a long time, the supervisor finally changed us to a king-size room on a higher floor. The king-size room faces south and has a wider view. It turns out that it is not that there is no king-size room, but they just don't want to give it to us at the beginning! No wonder this hotel has good hardware and relatively cheap prices, but it just doesn't score high. There is indeed a reason. The front desk service of this hotel is too bad! Especially a chubby-faced female front desk, with a proud face, arrogant, and no sense of service at all. She assigned us a double bed when there was a king-size room. The service awareness is too poor and must be complained! Except for the poor service and breakfast, the hardware of this hotel is generally good. In particular, the location is very advantageous, a 10-minute walk from Kata Beach, and there is a bus stop at the door, which can go directly to Jiangxileng or the airport, which is very convenient.

聖誕+跨年，帶着幾個長輩，想在kata離海灘近一點，價格適中一點，連續住5晚點的酒店，那就沒得挑了。事實上長輩們住的挺滿意。該有的都有，出門吃逛也方便，酒店庭園拍照也美，附近spa店很多，換了3家體驗也不錯。
