Отличная локация , хороший отель , немного конечно подуставший, но в целом норм ! Хорошие завтраки . Рядом много кафешек, магазинчиков , пляж ( не самый лучший конечно ) но в шаговой доступности ! Прекрасный бассейн в зелени !!! Отель больше подходит для отдыха семьей !

房間還不錯，衞生狀況也不錯，泳池有點臟，但總體體驗還不錯。酒店自助早餐種類較少，我定的是不帶早餐，但是我問了酒店前台，他們表示都可以用早餐的。但是服務人員效率太低了，入住和退房都需要至少40分鐘。

Отель очень хороший, номера чистые, уборка каждый день, если необходимо. 3 бассейна, один из них на крыше. Много зелени. Завтраки нормальные для Тая. Расположен недалеко от пляжа, рядом остановка автобуса.

離卡塔海灘很近，在夜市後面，過馬路就是海灘入口
酒店都是一層的建築，很舒服，私密性比較好，有幾個泳池。我們定的房間很大，還有個小床。
有一次性洗漱用品 早餐種類也挺多
入住順暢，服務也挺好。

卡塔海灘以歐美人居多，所以選擇住宿時看到很多酒店的評論裏都有歧視華人一説，實測之下確實。因為3.1以後泰國永久免簽政策的實施，酒店價格一路飆漲，最後衹好選擇服務口碑一般但硬件條件還不錯的卡塔棕櫚水療度假村（Kata Palm Resort&Spa）。攜程上訂房時酒店標註的是一張特大床或2張單人床，我們到酒店前台辦理入住時確實也忘了強調要大床房，直到門僮幫我們把行李送到房間才發現前台給分配的是個雙人床房間，而且房間對面就是主樓，視野非常壓抑。於是跟門僮説我們想要一個大床房，門僮聽不太懂英語，一臉懵圈地給前台打電話，然後告訴我們給換大床房。結果過了一會來了個客房服務生，拿着床單就要給我們鋪床，我明白了，他們居然想把兩個單人床併到一起就冒充大床房了！開什麼玩笑！最可氣的是如果確實沒有大床房了也無可厚非，誰讓我本來訂的就是隨機分配呢，但事實並不是這樣，在我們不妥協的要求下，服務生叫來了英語熟練的客房領班，領班與前台溝通良久後，終於給我們換到了更高樓層的大床房。大床房朝南，視野也更開闊。原來不是沒有，就是一開始不想給我們！難怪這家酒店硬件不錯，價格也相對便宜，但就是評分不高，果然是有原因的。這家酒店的前台服務太差！尤其一個胖胖臉的女前台，一臉傲嬌，趾高氣昂，一點服務意識都沒有，就是她在明明有大床房的情況下，給我們分配了雙人床，服務意識太差，必須投訴！
除了服務和早餐太差，這家酒店硬件總體還不錯。特別是地理位置很優越，距離卡塔海灘步行10分鐘，門口就是公交車站，可以直達江西冷或機場，非常方便。
