It was really good and the service was excellent
Everything want smoothly but not the only problem we faced it was the second booking!
Because i used apple pay for the first booking and it didnt go throw for the second booking and it was very complicated!
It keep asking for bank details and whenever i fill it up it doesn't work and i would like to know why so i can avoid it in further future

Good location. Close enough to the beach, shopping and night activities. Hotel management and reception staff could improve on their communication with hotel guests.

We ended up undergoing repairs, but after a noise complaint we were moved to another building without any problems. In another building there was an old air conditioning and ventilation system, which made the room always very humid - wet walls and floors, a smell of dampness, in addition it made quite a lot of noise, you had to sleep in earplugs. The staff were great, they responded to everything quickly, everyone was polite and smiling. Since this is Patong, get ready for noisy neighbors; every few nights you will wake up to a variety of sounds :)
Breakfast is good, haven't tried the rest

i have stayed at the hotel many times, my go to hotel ! I had a problem with the air conditioning and loud music in room 231 ( I’m a musician normally don’t bother me ) This room is next to the road The room is very big and has a very big balcony but in the older building. After the first night I ask to be moved, the lady at the desk said No,!! I’ll have a repairman look at the air conditioning The repairman came 3 times in 2 days ( not to mention loud bass until 2: 30/3 in the morning ) So I booked another hotel
But Mint ( nicest lady you will ever meet )came to my room and offered to move me to around room,, even an upgrade but I had already booked another hotel. She was super apologetic, apologized for the lady at the front desk and offered me a voucher for my remaining stay.! Incredibly nice lady . I was sad I was leaving Because of Mint, I will highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again !!! Just book the pool view room 😊 very good hotel !!
