i have stayed at the hotel many times, my go to hotel ! I had a problem with the air conditioning and loud music in room 231 ( I’m a musician normally don’t bother me ) This room is next to the road The room is very big and has a very big balcony but in the older building. After the first night I ask to be moved, the lady at the desk said No,!! I’ll have a repairman look at the air conditioning The repairman came 3 times in 2 days ( not to mention loud bass until 2: 30/3 in the morning ) So I booked another hotel
But Mint ( nicest lady you will ever meet )came to my room and offered to move me to around room,, even an upgrade but I had already booked another hotel. She was super apologetic, apologized for the lady at the front desk and offered me a voucher for my remaining stay.! Incredibly nice lady . I was sad I was leaving Because of Mint, I will highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again !!! Just book the pool view room 😊 very good hotel !!

The waiter was really enthusiastic and the room was clean. However!
1. The hotel had already issued a confirmation form, but when we arrived at the site, we were told that the room was fully booked. We waited for 20 minutes before we were reassigned a room with a double bed.
2. The air conditioner in the room did not cool down and was very hot. The maintenance technician came up, took a break, and said it was done. We waited for half an hour but it still didn't cool down until midnight.

Happy with this hotel, compare to prices. I try couple of hotel in last trip and then decide stay all the rest of my and family here. I rent 5 rooms for like 2 weeks. Recommend this hotel

The front desk service was very good and check-in was quick. I put 20 tips every day. The cleaning lady does a good job.
