It’s a dream place. Everything is decorated with style and taste in line with the local tradition and flora, but in super comfort. Restaurants are great, pool and grass area too

Great hospitality. Comfortable villas. Other than limited food options within that area, anantara is one of the best hotel we always opt for while travelling to Thailand.

Excellent resort. The best and most courteous staff which is helpful in every way. The facilities and food - breakfast and the restaurants- outstanding. We had the greatest time. The villas are great with the private pools, All amenities are catered for. The beach is nearby with local food in reach as well as massage by experienced local ladies.

Hotel staff are very friendly, the villa is just wonderful. The pool is very clean and big. The staffs are very attentive which offer cold water and towel when we use the pool. The beach and the pool is so nice which is very relex.

I’ve never experienced such luxury with people that treat you like royalty and you can feel sincerity in their service. They do it from the heart in making sure that your stay in Anantara is well taken care of and ensuring you have the best time ever. That’s how I feel. I could not find any cons while staying here. Special thanks to my butler, Minnie. From day 1, she was the one who arrange the transport, the boat trip to the island, our food arrangement, she took care of it all. Even til the last day we check out, she made sure we have a place to rest although it’s past the official check out time. She even gifted a souvenir on our last day which was such a nice personal touch. The room was spectacular it comes with a private pool, the beach was very clean and blue, the breakfast spread was utterly delicious, the buggy guy was always very friendly. The reception guy Sonny even allowed us to have an early check in since we arrived quite early. Everyone was lovely. I dare say, this is the best vacation Ive ever had in my entire life. Not even paid to write this. I sincerely mean it. ❤️

It was a great stay, nothing to complain. I enjoyed the service and a beautiful villa, nice breakfast with a spectacular view. Though I think some things should be improved based on brand positioning and price range: - Gym is very small, outdated, limited machines. You are not feeling like you want to workout there. (4 star hotel standards) - Wi-Fi was terrible. - Only one pool for adults and kids. - Room service food is very standard (taste and serving). If mentioned above are not your priorities you will enjoy staying there.

Changing from naka to Anantara, it should be my favorite hotel in Phuket. It is a 2-minute walk from 711 and there is a Starbucks at the door. It takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi to the airport, but Mai Khao is quite far from Patong and Phuket Town, and it takes about an hour to take a taxi. From check-in to daily room cleaning and turndown service, the staff in every part of the hotel and the staff in the breakfast restaurant are very warm and friendly! The style of the room is also the Thai style I like. Although it has been opened for a few years, it does not show any achievements. It is clean everywhere. The breakfast is semi-self-service. To be honest, there are not many varieties, and it is not particularly delicious, but the Thai milk tea is quite delicious. In general, it is highly recommended! I will stay here next time I come to Phuket!

There was a small accident on the day of check-in. Strictly speaking, the hotel was not responsible. But the hotel paid attention to it and gave me the best solution that night! Great, it didn't bring shame to the brand! 1. The hotel is very suitable for lying down. The pool room is great. If you bring children, you can book the room with a washing machine, dryer and a large living room. 2. The all-day restaurant has a la carte breakfast + buffet. The buffet alone is very rich. The hotel service girl Vam remembered our names after asking once, and basically all the guests! 3. The all-day restaurant dinner is an Indian restaurant recommended by Michelin. I am not familiar with Indian food, but the recommended ones are all delicious. The most exciting thing is the after-meal cocktail, which is really delicious! Some areas of the restaurant can also smoke outdoors, what else can you ask for:) The hotel also gave discount coupons for food. 4. The pool bar has a lot of wine menu choices. 5. Room service has both Western, Thai and Indian dishes. It is really comfortable to order some food and drinks under the pavilion by the pool. 6. You can't go into the sea in this season because the wind and waves are too strong. It doesn't matter if you are not here for water sports, it doesn't affect the hotel at all. 7. The hotel comprehensive service system on the TV is very useful, and you can check your bill in real time. 8. There is Starbucks and a 24-hour convenience store in the Turtle Village around the hotel. There are also several restaurants that are quite convenient. In short, I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends who come to Phuket for the hotel! I will come again if I have the chance. The room rate and hotel consumption are not low, but the quality is worth it!

Anantara Resort is definitely worth staying at. Although it has been open for many years and some things are a little old, the hotel is constantly being repaired and updated. The overall hotel is in Thai courtyard style, with all single-family villas surrounded by green plants, and very private. I will choose this hotel every time I come to Phuket. It is very quiet, the beach is clean, and there is no one on the beach. It is suitable for people who don't like noisy people and the first choice for bringing children! All employees, from the check-in staff, to the restaurant staff, to the beach staff, cleaning and maintenance staff, are all smiling and serving all guests warmly! Next time I come to Phuket, I will continue to choose Anantara Mai Khao Villa Resort! 🙏

The hotel is a villa-style hotel, 15 minutes away from the airport by taxi. There are few people on Mai Khao Beach, and you can enjoy the sound of the waves without being disturbed when walking on the beach alone. The Turtle Village restaurant and supermarket next to the hotel are not rich, but they are enough to satisfy your taste buds on vacation.

Service: The service of this hotel is very good. Every employee is smiling and polite. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt very warm and happy. I would like to try their hotels in other cities if I have the chance. Food: The food is very good. Some are self-service and some are ordered. It can be seen that the food standard is very high. The coffee and rice noodles are very delicious. The restaurant is small. Try to go for breakfast at 9:30 or you will have to wait for a table. Environment: Quiet private villa, very private with birds singing and flowers blooming during the day, and the water in the swimming pool is also very clean. It is very close to the beach, and there is also a 711 at the door. There are delicious Thai food and pizza shops. Transportation: It is far from the city, close to the airport, and is more suitable for staying when you just come to Phuket or return.
