住過兩次卡塔坦尼，都是坦尼樓。如果想要本島無敵海景和私人沙灘體驗，可沖！帶小孩可沖！好幾個泳池玩起來都充滿童趣，酒店環境非常好！但如果對房間設施，舒適度和備品有要求，可能會比較失望，設施老舊，蚊蟲多，床鋪潮濕，備品也不大好。總之優缺點都挺明顯，看個人選擇

As someone who comes to Thailand several times a year, this is the first time I feel treated differently. Maybe it’s my bad luck. We arrived at the hotel at 15:40 in the afternoon. They stopped us from getting off the bus and wanted to check if there was a reservation. They saw my reservation and then let us get off the bus. Then when we checked in, it was almost four o'clock. We were told that the room had not been cleaned yet and we had to wait for another 50 minutes. The weirdest thing was that they told us to go out for a walk and come back again? excuse me? Hotel check-in time is 15:00-24:00, are you kidding me? I came over at 15:40 and you asked me to wait another hour? My husband said we needed to take a rest right now, and there was a front desk next to us who said we could check in and packed up. What should we do if we are Chinese who don’t know English? Am I helpless and at your mercy? Well, after checking into the room, the service with a fake smile was to pull the luggage. I stood at the door and asked for a tip. It was okay. We put the luggage and I washed my hair. The hair dryer was turned off every 30 seconds to let the room service restart. Send a hair dryer, agree, and then disappear. Okay lz stop bragging, lz went out to walk the baby, out of sight is out of mind. When we came back from dinner, we were surprised when we opened the door. The house was almost flooded, and the dripping place was the router! I called the guest room and asked the housekeeper to take care of it. Half an hour later, a guy came and took a look and said, "I'll clean it here for you." At 10:30 in the evening, I took an electric drill or something and kept working on the router. I couldn't figure out the nm for half an hour. If you don’t like Chinese people, just don’t make money from them! You guys make me sick!

Catatani was so lightning-proof that we stood in line from the time we checked in. We arrived around 12 o'clock. We had made a note before that we didn't want a tail room. However, the same routine as seen on other platforms came. We booked a sea view exquisite suite at the front desk. We were told that we had been upgraded to a larger room. It turned out to be the oldest and undecorated one. The tail room on the first floor was close to the inside. When I opened the door, there was a smell of insecticide. The room was so dark during the day that I had to turn on the lights to see clearly. I had no choice but to contact Ctrip customer service. Fortunately, Ctrip helped to coordinate. Finally, I was given the third floor in the middle. If you have requirements for sanitary facilities, you should not book this hotel. It is too old. If you like the scenery of this hotel, you don’t need to book it. There are too many hotels with beautiful views in Phuket, so please be safe everyone! Finally, I forgot to mention that this time it was all up to Ctrip. We asked the front desk when the new room would be available. The front desk replied that the room was not ready yet. I asked twice and got the same answer. Ctrip customer service helped me ask about the room. In fact, it was already ready but not yet. We wasted more than an hour going back and forth and it was so disgusting!

I have never given a bad review. This is the worst hotel of the same price I have ever met at home or abroad. All the recommendations on the Internet are photoshopped. They are actually rubbish. The service attitude is terrible, extremely terrible. They treat Chinese people and foreigners in completely different ways. Seeing a foreigner is like seeing her father. The room is worse than what you see in the pictures. It is dark and damp. There are a lot of bugs. There are bugs inside and outside the door. It is no different from a zoo. We first went to the front desk on the first floor to change to the third floor. It was just as damp. We slept for one night and got up early the next day to check out. I was afraid that I would get rheumatism. Don't be fooled by the Internet. This hotel is worth 150, no more. If you can persuade someone to leave, it's a good deal!!!
