(On the first night when we checked in, we were told that we couldn’t find the reservation. We arrived after 11 o’clock. The front desk worked for half an hour to an hour. Later, they got us a room A and told us to stay in it first (because it was earlier than what we booked). Expensive) So we asked to move to another room B the next day, and we said it was no problem. We originally thought that they would take care of this special situation, but we went to the front desk at 12 o'clock the next day and thought that it would be enough to change the room card, but they did it again. It took more than half an hour. The result of the communication was that we were asked to pack our luggage immediately. After we finished packing, we went to the front desk and were told that we would be waiting for an hour because the room B we were staying in was assigned to another tenant and we could wait until other rooms were packed. Checked in C. There was a manager who was there at the time. In order to make up for it, I was slightly relieved that we were allowed to have lunch for free. However, when we checked out, the front desk charged us with all the expenses for the three rooms. We didn’t spend anything during the whole trip except for that. Free lunch, they were very impatient after explaining for a long time, and then checked out for another half an hour, which left me speechless) Disadvantage 2: I basically don’t speak Chinese, and the people at the front desk come and go. I don’t know how many groups there are. Everyone has to explain it again, and some of them have very bad attitudes. Disadvantage 3: The hotel is on a mountain, so transportation is very inconvenient. Suitable for those who like to relax in the hotel quietly. It is about 2 or 3 kilometers away from the town. There are almost no people on the mountain road, and the slope is very steep. It is definitely not suitable for walking at night, but the Grap taxi is very expensive, about 300 baht. I don’t know why, but the motorcycle was cut in half. The price is 100 baht and you can leave. Disadvantage 4: The hotel restaurant is terrible! ! It's very slow, wait thirty or forty minutes, the pizza will be watery, who knows~ To sum up: the hotel environment is quiet, suitable for people who like to relax and enjoy themselves in the hotel quietly, and who speak good English. Otherwise, if something goes wrong, it will be difficult to communicate with the hotel, and you won’t be able to complain if they have a bad attitude, hahaha

Die Lage an sich ist nicht schlecht, um den Trubel von Patong zu entgehen. Allerdings befindet sich das Hotel auf einem Berg, weshalb man wirklich immer auf ein Auto angewiesen ist und so gut wie nichts fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Unsere Klimaanlage hat immer seltsame Geräusche von sich gegeben, so, als ob Schrauben nicht richtig befestigt waren. Nachdem ich dies gesagt habe, wurde sich allerdings nicht darum gekümmert. Darüber hinaus waren noch ein paar Sachen, weshalb ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen kann.
