Stayed for two nights. Arrived at the hotel at about 10 o'clock on the first day. Booked a deluxe room with a terrace, but ended up getting the room in the corner. The terrace was completely blocked. I was in a very bad mood at the time. I contacted the hotel to change rooms, but the front desk had a bad attitude. I contacted the manager for the second time and was able to change rooms the next day.
