The hotel is quite new. There is only one lady at the front desk who can speak a little Chinese. We can communicate with her in a simple way. When we checked in, there was a Thai lady. It was basically barrier-free. We showed her the mobile order and signed. We booked three rooms, two of which were booked together. We made a note in advance that we wanted the middle room, not the last room. These two rooms were not given. There was another room that was booked separately without any note. We were given the first room, but it was okay. At least it was not noisy and there was nothing strange. So everyone should make notes in advance when booking. The hotel is still very cost-effective. You can't stay in such a good hotel for 260 in China.
