In the mornings the street smells like sewage. The hotel area is all narrow paths and stairs. Very inconvenient with a small child. The air conditioners in the rooms are very noisy and it is unclear how. There was a strong wind in the hall; on the contrary, there was no cooling in the rooms. The rooms also require repairs and replacement of plumbing. Hot water appeared after calling the reception. The mattresses are very bad springs. Doors and windows with very poor sound insulation. It is very difficult to relax due to the noise of the artificial waterfall from the upper pool to the lower one. The staff is good and responsive, no complaints. Breakfast is bad. There is no choice at all. There are two employees working at breakfast who do not have time to do anything physically. We had to ask them to bring or lay out fruits or other dishes, give us cutlery, or remove dirty dishes. There are no desserts except old dry croissants. Scrambled eggs and omelettes are fried in advance, so they are cold and do not look appetizing. It is not possible to swim in the pool. It's very dirty. The upper pool still has a cleaning system and dirt flows from it into the lower one. The lower one can only be cleaned by hand. The photo shows what the lower pool looked like on different days. One day, someone else’s laundry was lying on the path and no one cleaned it up for several days. The panties were still hanging on the railings on the only path. Therefore, everyone saw them for several days, and first of all we, leaving the room.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk back every day, and it is a long uphill walk to get back to the hotel. Taxi rides in Phuket are expensive, and transportation is really inconvenient without a car. . (It takes about 200 taxis from the hotel to the main street or beach) 2. The hotel is quite small, and there is no elevator. There are stairs everywhere, making it difficult for legs and feet to enter carefully. 3. The facilities in the room are old. The air conditioner in the living room is broken and was not repaired in the end. The shower head in the bathroom keeps dripping cold water when taking a shower. 4. There are bugs, red ants, etc. in the room. The cleaning was rather perfunctory. When I was making the bed, I just threw the quilt on the floor. After I finished making it, I spread it on the bed. I felt a little uncomfortable when I saw it. 5. After finishing the bottled water in the evening, I wanted to ask for more water, but was told that I needed to ask for it before 7 pm, because there was no water at the front desk, which was the responsibility of another department, and they got off work after 7 pm. I walked back and forth for half an hour late at night to buy water...

The room size is still large, but the indoor facilities are very old. There are no bedside tables. The curtains are also very old and fall down accidentally, and they are very transparent. The air conditioner in one bedroom is loud, but luckily I can only turn on the air conditioner in the living room. That's fine, otherwise I wouldn't be able to sleep at all. The outside of the room is adjacent to the sewage plant, and it smells very smelly when leaving the room. During the season when I went there, the wind was very strong. One night it was so windy that the sliding door of one bedroom made such a loud noise that it felt like it was about to fall apart! There were stains on the quilt, and the quilt cover and sheets were not changed after five nights of stay. The hotel's breakfast is also terrible. It probably caters to Westerners' tastes, and there isn't much variety. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. They also called the engineer to fix the air conditioning problem mentioned before. But it was not fixed. They said they could help change the room the next day. But later they found out that it was not turning on and it was not hot, so they didn’t change it! Personally, I feel that if I go to Phuket again, I will not choose it again.
