I cannot talk higher of the Hotel. We booked 3 rooms over 18 days and had no issues. Lovely spacious and clean rooms. Staff very helpful in particular Annie on the front desk. Central location. Wifi strong and reliable.

There was something wrong with the air conditioning in the hotel. It was too hot. I complained to the counter four times before I changed my room. Then I asked for a toothbrush. He said the hotel didn't provide it? A four-star hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste? The most basic disposable toothpaste and toothbrush didn't dial the counter to let me buy it outside, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is very good, 700 meters to the beach; two minutes to Jiangxi cold, passing through Jiangxi cold is the seafood market + night market. The boss opened a clothing store downstairs, so communication is very convenient. Because the room was full, it was upgraded to a ”big room”. The room is quite large, and the street is not depressing. The room has a slight musty smell. There are occasional noises of locomotives and human voices at night facing the street. There is no swimming pool and hot water kettle. But it's great value for money.

So I stayed here a week. I have good news and I have bad news. Good news —The room was fine, housekeeping everyday, bed sheets and pillow cases changed everyday, a/c was good, hot water showers were good, 2 free bottles of water daily. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Bad news — I think the room is overpriced for what you get. During my 7 days I did check other hotels nearby with the same quality for 25% less in cost. The wifi is not a secure network and is spotty. I had a Thai SIM card, used that exclusively in the hotel. What was the most disturbing during my stay, the staff. I checked in late, around 8pm, when I arrived the guy at the front desk just looked at me as if wondering what I wanted. When I said I was checking in, he said Oh. Looked up my reservation, and gave me the key to the room. No instructions, no welcome, no nothing. In the 7 days of me coming and going several times a day, not one friendly face. Not one good morning. Not one hello. They obviously are not happy in their job. Thailand is supposedly The Land of Smiles. Well the employees at this hotel apparently didn’t get the memo. For this reason, I would not stay here again.

The hotel is not far from the internet-famous restaurant No. 6 and can be reached on foot. I can’t comment on the taste haha😄 The room is not trendy and very spacious. The boss is super nice and enthusiastic and talkative. You can also book overseas itineraries~ Because the airport drop-off I booked was unreliable Sorry, they actually booked me the wrong date, and I spent my money very cleanly. Bolt couldn't register, so I had to wake up the boss at 5 o'clock in the morning, called a car for me using Bolt, and gave me Thai baht to pay for the car. Fee, I went to bed after confirming that I arrived at the airport safely. I was super touched😹There will be a meter of sunshine in Phuket next time☀️
Casa Jip Guesthouse

Casa Jip is on a small soi just off the main street but close to Jungceylon, Bangla Rd., OTOP and Patong Beach. Staff are very kind and helpful. The room was large and everything worked well. The shower was very powerful and the bathroom had all the needed facilities. I only stayed one night, but I had a good sleep. Would recommend to people seeking a value for money hotel/guesthouse in the centre of Patong.
