Lovely hotel with a fabulous pool. Good breakfast options. Just felt the hotel was severely understaffed. Staff on the bar at the pool consistently would get orders wrong. Have a member or 2 of staff walking around the pool area taking orders and delivering food. At the price the place costs don’t expect orders to be consistently wrong and slow to come out. Having said that it is a nice hotel and short walk to the main area of town

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Very convenient. There is an open food market just opposite to the hotel. The food there is quite nice. I tried a mango shake. They put half of the mango on the top of the glass. Its so amazing. Swimming pool is not very big but enough for a swim. Have plenty of sunshine deck. Suitable for a afternoon rest. Recommend this hotel

It was a wonderful resort. Had a double bed and a single bed. We requested for ground floor because of getting the baby thing from room again & again. It had yummiest breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms were big, washroom was excellent and big with tub. There was a kids club for kids Pool was very nice Location toooo far and inside from main patong walking street. Only thing i didnt like was the house keeping staff didnt clean the washroom well and the room thoroughly and was really aggressive. Over all experience good , il come back again 😀👍

This was one of our best experiences, ambiance, staff, Betty from reception was extra friendly, professional. Cuisine was great howver the steak needs some looking at as the quality was dissappointing. All other than the steak experience was great. I will return.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping downstairs. It is only a few steps away. The hotel staff were very helpful. We arrived at the hotel. Nate and his colleagues were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and brought us delicious ice cream while we waited to check in. It was close to On the day of the store, when the airport drop-off man couldn't find the hotel, it was Nate who helped contact us. In short, he was very enthusiastic and made us feel very warm! Breakfast is also great

So... since I myself was surprised by the lack of reviews for this hotel since 2020, I'll leave it fresh. It was the first time in Phuket. The key condition for checking into the hotel was walking distance to mass places (Patong, everyone understood everything), good service and maintenance. As a result, the expectations from the hotel of the hotel were exceeded. The location is in the center of the ”hangout” but it's a tropical ”equator”. Swimming pool, bungalow, cafe, private veranda, swimming pool, massage room, gym, bar - all this is included in the service. Cleaning every day, no issues at all. Design is old. But what is old? In the room there are kettles, safe, split-system, plasma, linen, towels, cleaning are changed every day. If necessary, there is dry cleaning and other household trifles. The hotel rents cars and bikes. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. English is known at the level of performance of their duties. There were no problems at all. Only positive recommendations.

Stayed in cash for three nights and booked another 2 nights online, with free upgrades. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel is right by the sea and there is a family next to it. In the middle of the hotel is the sky bar with performances every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as pool parties and free snacks, which is really great! It was recommended to me by the local people. Reliable ~ In order to arrange a quiet room a few nights ago, I lived in the innermost, the balcony was facing a wall, it was quiet but it was not good to open the curtain. I switched to an outside room in the next few nights, and the sea can be seen on the balcony, but facing the street, so it is a bit noisy. But the room was very comfortable and the other tenants were of good quality and very quiet. The younger brother and younger sister at the front desk were very nice ~ very satisfied with the accommodation experience. By the way, there is an outdoor bar on the 5th floor.

Check in was swift/ prompt. Hotel lobby is always kept clean. Room is spacious with balcony facing poolside and has bathtub, perfect for a good soak before getting some good sleep. Patong beach is just 350m/ 5mins walk. If you’re adventurous do to walk further to Patong boat pier (650m frm hotel) Bigger 7-11 store right in front of the Patong beach which has fresh daily pastries/ bakes and ready-to-eat salad bowls (very fresh if you get them early morning, right after your morning beach walk) Many food/ restaurants/ cafes available just on the long stretch of Patong beach. Walking distance to Bangla Rd too. Hotel provides clean beach towel and umbrella too so helpful/ useful during my 4 days stay as the Sun was too hot, and I’d sit 2hrs on the beach to read my book and gazed at the sunset. Highly recommend this for solo traveler, safe neighbourhood and value for money.
