We had an incredible stay for 10 nights with all our expectations more than fulfilled. The staff is so helpful and friendly. We met here the nicest people who are always willing to help you with everything they can. The shuttle van was perfect to go to the beach and they even drove as to other locations if we asked for. The communication with the front desk over whatsapp is great and they are really always available. We get all our request answered within few minutes. The villa and the pool is perfectly clean and private and it really invites you to have a nice day at the pool and take a rest. Breakfast is ordered every evening with whatsapp to the villa. As alternative you can also have breakfast at a nice Italian restaurant at the beach with a voucher from the front desk. It really felt like being home surrounded by friends and family here. Our only complaint is that we had to leave after our stay. We could have easily stayed there much longer.

Great swimming pool area with a bar. Unfortunately the restaurant was absolute garbage. Paid for breakfast but only had it once as it was not nice and the selection was very small. Room was decent size but I had to keep asking for the cleaners to throw rubbish away as they would just leave it. Overall not a bad place but could do with some improvements. Staff was friendly and helpful though

My husband and I wanted to enjoy a one-of-a kind wedding and honeymoon, and we found Keemala. We booked well in advance and found that communication with our wedding planner, Gam, was smooth and efficient. She helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, made sure we had a beautiful room, and walked us through our wedding ceremony, and after wedding events. (She even arranged for the bathtub to have flower petals in it!- very romantic!) Everyone was so pleasant and the room couldn't have been more beautiful. The staff is great, the food is amazing, and the view is breathtaking. I would highly recommend this resort. It's absolutely worth the trip.

Since the opening of Himmapana Luxury Pool Villas, we have enjoyed coming here every year and it is almost like a ”home away from home” for us. Thomas and his team manage a wonderful resort that leaves nothing to be desired. After a 2 year break - du to Covid19 - we came back this year with friends and had 2 wonderful weeks here. From booking to departure, the experience was simply perfect. Before arrival the team did all the errands for us: such as shopping and preparing a late in-house dinner. The service on site is second to none: the girls at front desk are on hand to help guests with anything they need, the shuttle bus takes you anywhere within Kamala and even the walk to the beach or night time entertainment such as restaurants and bars is neither far nor unsafe. The girls who take care of the household during the day are always friendly and conscientious and leave nothing to be desired. One simply takes the entire team to one's heart and we appreciate the family-like management. The resort has also convinced our friends who were in Thailand for the first time this year and we are already counting the days until we come back next year. Thank you for another unforgettable time!

My husband and I stayed in this piece of heaven! Two weeks of utter relaxation and luxury. The staff is wonderful and the location and newly built accommodations are just breathtaking. Highly recommended! This is nothing like any hotel or spa vacation we have ever been on. We felt like we were in our own private piece of heaven . We are going back as soon as possible again !!!

However, for some equipment, it would be much better to check them first before checking in to the guests. If the glass door lock is damaged, the lights in some bathrooms are not working, and there is water leakage in the shower room, the water quality is acceptable. You can follow up on the ventilation of the bathroom. If you don't open some windows, the bathroom will have a sewage smell.

A super surprise stop, the hotel aunt is super attentive and at home. She thinks of everything in advance for us. If you don't understand, you can directly ask aunt, she is very good in Chinese. I have been communicating with Xiaobei before, and thought it was a cute little sister, but it turned out to be Xiaobei's handsome guy, who is also super nice, and has been helping me solve the problem before I set off. It was a very good stop. My husband and I were very tossed. We booked a few hotels and we didn't stay here enough. We will book here next time and stay a few more days. The location is in the Kamala area of Phuket Island, about ten kilometers away from the lively Patong. It is suitable for family trips to rent a car or rent a motorcycle. It is very cool to rent a motorcycle. Aunty took us to rent a very new motorcycle. (Auntie also took us to buy super delicious durians. The price is great) Follow the Google map and you won't get lost wherever you go. If you don't rent a car, the aunt can still take it out by car, which is very considerate. It is also suitable to play in Patong for a few days before coming here. The villa is very safe and very quiet.

Amazing villa, could not fault it. Staff are incredibly helpful even bringing my son paracetamol when he was feeling unwell. Slightly out of main town but free shuttle is great and we even used it to go to the supermarket. Communication via WhatsApp during out stay great. Two small things to note - big hill to get into complex but we waked it a few times and it was manageable, mosque at the bottom of hill so woken every day at 5.30am for call to prayer but we just went back to sleep. Still highly recommended and would stay again, 4 stars.
