Het verblijf op quinta dos Bravos was een uitstekende ervaring! In een oase vanrust kom je thuis na een actieve dag op dit eiland en hier vind je een ruime kamer met goed ruim bed (goede matras) en een fijne frisse badkamer met ruimte douche. Fijn zwembad en een heerlijke schaduwrijke tuin waar je onder de palmbomen tot rust kunt komen. Prima ontbijt met diverse mogelijkheden. Fijn personeel: behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader op het midden van het eiland St. Miquel wat een prima uitvalsbasis biedt pom op pad te gaan.

Geweldige kamer, nr 4, met minituintje en serre, zo leuk en fris ingericht. Heerlijk rustig, alleen vogelgeluiden. Centraal gelegen, met auto alles bereikbaar. Lieve eigenaresse, geeft tips. Verzorgd ontbijt. Zwembad en tuin. Aanrader!

Die Quinta ist innerhalb ca. 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Ponta Delgada zu erreichen. Paulo hat uns persönlich empfangen und gleich erste Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber, täglicher Handtuchwechsel und die Betten wurden gemacht. Frisches Wasser zum Trinken wird jeden Tag auf das Zimmer gestellt. Ein schöner, weitläufiger Garten mit Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Überall gibt es dort Sitzgelegenheiten in der Natur. Das Frühstück wird in Buffetform gereicht, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (etwas Abwechslung bei Wurst und Käse wäre schön gewesen, aber jammern auf hohem Niveau). Wir waren eine Woche hier und haben die Quinta als Wanderbasis schätzen gelernt. Eine gute Empfehlung, wenn man einen zentralen Ort in alle Richtungen der Insel Sao Miguel sucht.

This is a lovely property. The hosts were so friendly, helpful and welcoming.Our room was spacious and it was super clean . The breakfast that is served is inside a beautifully decorated main house. again, everything is spotless. The breakfast was eggs, breads, cheeses, meats, yogurts, fruits . Ther is a charming porch to sit out on as you have breakfast with a beautiful view all the way over to the ocean.Unfortuately, the weather did not cooperate for use of the pool. Would highly recommend a stay.

Le jardin est tellement mal entretenu qu’on ne peut pas en profiter. Le petite déjeuner est directement issue du Spar (saucisse et fromage sous plastique, pain industriel…) Bref même si la chambre est grande le sentiment est à la déception.

We spent 5 nights at Quinta dos Bravos in March 2024 during our trip to the Azores and we were completely satisfied. The rooms are spacy and extremely clean, the arrangement and furniture inside and outside the house are beautifully selected and the garden is a great spot to relax. Irena and Paulo showed awesome hospitality and gave us tips on activities and restaurants on the island. We especially enjoyed the breakfast where Ophelia made sure that we always had a great start into the day.

Notre séjour c'est très passé à Quinta dos Bravos. Irena et Paulo ainsi que le personnel sont des gens charmants. Attentifs au bien être des résidents, à l'écoute et toujours de bons conseils. L'établissement est très agréable, convivial,propre et la décoration de bon goût. Rien à redire sur le petit déjeuner qui est copieux et diversifié. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. L'emplacement est parfait et très calme et permet de visiter l'île simplement. Si nous retournons à Sao Miguel, il est certain que nous y logerons à nouveau !
