酒店在皮恩扎古城入口處不遠。酒店臨街因此抵達時由於酒店門口的一個車位已被佔用，另一個臨時停車位置沒有斜坡上下會比較麻煩。酒店專用停車場在後門地下車庫，沒有任何裝修和管理人員，每天收20歐元有點不值。房間尚可，套房夠大。最要吐槽一下的是酒店裡的餐廳，菜品口味一般而且感覺都是預製加熱的，價格卻也不便宜，後來者注意避坑。我們晚餐掛房賬後還忘記給住客的折扣。

酒店坐落在皮恩扎古城旁，早上起來過街即到古城。酒店非常精緻整潔，房間被具有一股香香的味道很好聞，房間很大，自助早餐很好吃。

Esperienza positiva, personale gentilissimo prezzo giusto. Ottima colazione con prodotti di qualità , letti e cuscini però un po' scarsi...si può migliorare.Hotel comunque molto bello, atmosfera calda e cordiale, se vi piace il classico...Consigliatissimo

Fantastico hotel a due passi dal centro di Pienza. Ottima accoglienza, titolari e personale cortesi, disponibili e pure simpatici! Sistemazione in camera sorprendente (praticamente un bilocale di lusso), servizio ineccepibile. E vogliamo parlare del vitto? Be', il collegato ristorante "La piazzetta" è da provare: tutto ottimo e una carta dei vini invidiabile. Insomma... tutto veramente all'altezza di una stella in più!
