In the shower it looked like he wall above was flaking off. Stayed in room 101. I felt like they were watching everyone close. But over all I’d rate 4 of 5. They only gave 1 bar of tiny soap. And not enough pillows

I had a reservation for September 3rd to the 4th; I selected the "pay at property" option and had free cancelation until August 31st. I found a different hotel and canceled this reservation on August 6th. Had not been charged at this point, and received the cancelation email from *******. The night of September 3rd, at 11 o'clock at night, a hotel employee calls me asking about my reservation. I told him, several times, that I had canceled it weeks ago. He did not seem to be understanding that if ******* didn't notify him or if he missed it, that was not my fault. A couple days later, I saw a charge for $85 on my credit card. I attempted to call them and received no answer. So I contacted *******. I believe ******* contacted them 3 or 4 times. I was finally notified that I'm getting my money refunded, but apparently the hotel employee tried to tell ******* that I had a non-refundable reservation. That's just a lie.

The room was clean. Parking was not great. The water pressure was lacking and the ac in the room seemed to have a mind of its own. But overall the room was clean. The location was right in pigoen forge close to everything.

Staff was nice but had to ask for towels and shampoo. Our light didn’t work and had to leave bathroom light on to see. It was conviently located.

Front desk was semi-friendly - which was good enough for us. Outlets and light beside bed did not work - other outlets in room barely worked. Previous repairs were half completed, and room in general is just not maintained as it should be. We can overlook most of this because of price, however - we woke up this morning to continue our long journey home and had no water at all in our bathroom to shower bathe. Property is general is very old, outdated, no elevators, and need to be maintained better.
