服務好，總體評價不錯。有個小插曲：預訂了8點的早餐，7點10分的時候就想着可以早點吃，於是打電話給總枱，希望儘可能提早一點送來。結果到7：55才送達。是的，可能他們理解成“提早‘一點’”吧？😄😄

一年都要去平湖好幾次、基本上選擇這裏的次數比較多、而且定的都是棋牌房！然而這次的入住體驗沒有之前的好了、但是服務人員也算是積極與我們對接了並且解決的的！

房間裝飾豪華，清潔乾淨又衞生，熱水很好，λ住當天低温-5度空調很給力房間很暖和，夜晚睡覺一點也不感覺冷。服務很到位配置了乾濕拖鞋、茶葉、瓶裝水。位置就在東湖邊，推窗即可觀賞東湖美景撖收眼底。旁邊就是商業美食街，距南河頭莫氏莊園步行幾分鐘就可達到，渡過了美好的一次旅行。
