給家裡長輩定的，他很滿意，喜歡小院落，在客棧呆了很久，讚不絕口，説是從沒有這樣的住宿體驗。客棧的服務無論是普適性還是個性化方面都很到位。其一是主動提出接送車服務，這點其他遊客都提到了。其二是家裡的長者到了免門票的年紀，迷路，找不到服務枱，忘記交還鑰匙等狀況頻出，店家一一解決，讓子女很安心。這麼高的評分是實至名歸，物超所值。

跟朋友來太原看演唱會了，順便遊了平遙古城，這家的服務態度很好，主動聯繫我們接站，走的時候也送到了高鐵站，點贊👍，而且還會給我們介紹遊玩古城的路線，服務挺好的，搬行李什麼的，山西人民真熱情❤

在景區中心，去周圍景點都很方便，進城有接送服務，臨走還送了兩瓶醋，淡季免費升級了房型，體驗非常好，院子也很好看。 衹是感覺景區裏的吃的都很一般，平遙的美食不怎麼好吃
