我要給出這家酒店極高的評價！下次去平遙仍然會選擇這家！
定完酒店之後工作人員就來電確認到店方式 得知是自駕後提前幫我們預留停車位並安排遊覽車來接我們（車進不了古城）到店後主動幫忙拿行李到房間，遊覽過程中諮詢問題也非常耐心細緻地幫我們介紹。 第二天得知我們要去王家大院玩 裝了一袋水零食讓我們路上帶着吃， 退房離開時也給我們帶了零食 真的是太用心了！ 來回於停車場， 退房也都幫我們安排了遊覽車接送，接送的大叔服務態度也很棒。
早餐是提前一天點餐的 真的很豐盛。這家酒店所有工作人員都很專業 真正做到了賓至如歸。
房間定的是雙卧室的， 在旅遊旺季 性價比也算很高（三個人一間房性價比最高）。硬件其實還好， 一進門就是玄關 左右各一卧室，沒有小廳， 衞生間衹有一個 在主卧，適合一家人住，兩個房間隨意進出不尷尬。 單純從硬件來看 旺季價格是偏高的， 但是雙卧室平攤，再加上軟件 服務等，絕對超值！

滿分酒店！客棧坐落在一棟平遙歷史建築內，使住客既能感受當地傳統文化，又能享受內部現代化的設施。客棧的地理位置也很優越，步行可達古城各處，但又沒有商業街的喧鬧。工作人員圓圓和洋洋服務細心周到，有求必應，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。值得一提的是，客棧提供高鐵站的免費接送服務，餐廳的菜品也非常可口。下次來平遙，還會選擇樂領！

初五下午去的，景區人多沒有停車位，店家服務特別好 主動聯繫並且預留停車位直接過去停好車後還有景區遊覽車接送直接到酒店很省事，服務貼心細節滿分，酒店環境好，出門就是景區步行街方便遊玩，整體非常滿意。

老闆特別熱情的介紹古城地圖，客棧環境好，特別乾淨，每天的早餐都是自己選擇，現做現吃，這點是在別的地方沒有體驗過的，真的特別好吃！體驗了私廚的感覺。下次再來，一定還來這家客棧。
