來到雲錦成就有種回家的感覺，下高鐵後就有專車來接了，一路開到了古城城牆外，立馬無縫銜接安排好了古城的電瓶車開到了酒店。管家娟兒笑臉相迎，一邊幫忙拎行李還一邊介紹。待我們安頓休整好後我們提出想要參觀古城景點，娟兒立馬安排好了導遊，為我們的出行保駕護航。還囑咐我們有任何問題第一時間告訴她，她會幫忙解決的。在晚上的時候娟兒帶領我們參觀講解了這古樸的老宅，講解的如數家珍。我們住在裏面感受到了傳統與現代相融合的美，房子中的每一處細節都讓人感到用心。管家娟兒也很細心，在得知我入住第二天生日後，雖然那天她不上班，還早早的為我送上祝福，很是感動。這家店還經營一醋一面和咖啡店，吃住一體很方便。早餐也很豐盛的，服務員還會關切的詢問入住體驗，比如床墊厚度等，早餐合不合口味等。我們離開時也提前詢問了我們出發的時間，安排好電瓶車及專車，很是方便。總之，此次入住雲錦成總體很滿意，棒棒棒！

非常有歷史氣息的公館，給了我們沉浸式的古城體驗！熱情的服務，很不錯的餐飲，舒適的房間，都值得稱讚👍

定單下後管家小主動聯繫服務，除車接送，事無鉅細耐心周到，每位工作人員都親切問候，早餐後掌櫃親自帶我們參觀酒店並詳細講解酒店的歷史文化，美女小趙為我們規劃行程，讓我們賓至如歸！酒店的設計理念很棒，住得很愜意，果斷增加至三晚。

房子很有故事和年代感，但沒有人介紹，服務員娟兒很熱情，離開時送我們，但房間毛巾太舊，與好的民宿有一定差距，

位置環境服務餐飲咖啡都是平遙古城一流的，下次去應該還會住，就一個小提議，那麼豪的東家能不能把這廉價的吹風機換點呀，女生頭髮長又多，實在這點有點掉客棧的檔次

It has been more than ten years since I last came to Pingyao. The weather was particularly hot this time, but the service of the hotel made the journey comfortable and pleasant. After arriving, the driver of the shuttle bus was waiting at the exit of the high-speed rail station early to help with the luggage. When we arrived at the ancient city, we changed to the shuttle bus seamlessly. The housekeeper Juan was also waiting at the shuttle bus stop to help with the luggage. The whole hotel is divided into two parts. The South Courtyard is a Shanxi merchant mansion with a history of more than 300 years, and the North Courtyard is an official residence with a history of more than 200 years. The housekeeper introduced the whole hotel to us in detail, including the story of the founder. I feel that this trip to Pingyao has been greatly enhanced by the hotel.

管家娟子服務很好呀，一直噓寒問暖，還帶我們參觀。進了古城有電瓶車接，到了之後工作人員還會幫忙拿行李，房間也挺有意思。很好的體驗。
