Hemos llegado al hotel media hora antes y el recibimiento ha sido fantástico la recepcionista súper agradable y educada nos ha dicho que nuestra habitación aún no estaba lista pero que intentaría instalarnos lo más breve posible, nos ha informado de todos los servicios que dispone el hotel y tal cual había dicho tenía ya una habitación lista para nosotros. Limpieza de la habitación 10 Servicio desayuno 10 Ubicación perfecta para el Parque Warner 15 minutos en coche ! Volveremos pronto

Hotel muy cerca del parque Warner a unos 10 minutos, y a unos 5 minutos del centro comercial Nassica (outlet) que bien merece una visitilla. El hotel está muy bien, habitaciones limpias. Lo único el personal de recepción, muy formal y poco receptivo. Mención especial a la chica que trabaja en la zona de desayunos, Carmen, que fue muy atenta con nuestra niña celiaca. Un buen bufet de desayuno. Volveremos

Hotel bonito y bien cuidados los detalles, buena ubicación. Desde la llegada hasta el check out hemos estado muy a gusto, la habitación muy bonita y limpia, un detalle en la ducha, la bañera resbala mucho, hay que tener cuidado, por lo demas todo muy bien, el desayuno perfecto, buena atención, parking en el hotel... repetiremos!!!!
