Angenehme, gediegene Atmosphäre im Speisesaal. Schöne Zimmer mit Sichtbalken an der Decke, welche eine heimelige Ambiente schaffen. Aufmerksames Personal, welches einen guten Mix aus Herzlichkeit und Diskretion lebt. Selbst von Mitarbeiterinnen des Reinigungspersonal, die sonst eher im Hintergrund arbeiten, wurde ich beim zufälligen Treffen auf der Etage nach meinem Befinden gefragt. Überhaupt ist auffallend, dass das Personal entspannt miteinander umgeht, was sich zweifellos auf die Gäste überträgt und oftmals gerne unterschätzt wird. Ich komme gerne wieder...

Esperienza fantastica. Super accoglienti fin dall inizio quando han saputo che con noi c’era un gatto!!! Ci sono venuti incontro in modo naturale in tutti i modi: le signore delle pulizie pulivano la camera (in modo super eccezionale veramente) solo quando il gatto usciva in passeggiata, stanza pulita minuziosamente a prova di gatto nero!!! Menù superlativo e molto professionali e gentili i camerieri in modo particolare la maitre e Flavio. Un plauso alla ragazza della reception. Molto bella la MTB a disposizione gartitiramente

A wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, wonderful food, Spotlessly clean, amazing pool and spa. Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Would recommend Half Board which as well as breakfast and free afternoon sweet snacks, also give you access to the fantastic evening menu, with a fabulous salad bar , Starters , Pasta Course , Main Course and puddings that are different every evening. The Val Di Sole Valley and Mountains are stunning and we had some lovely trips up into the mountains, and especially the Rabbi Valley. The support from Silvia on reception was incredible and she helped us to find lovely trips out and nice restaurants. Allesandro behind the bar was also amazing. We will absolutely be back to sample more of this jewel of Italy.

Mi uniformo ai già numerosi giudizi positivi su questo albergo. Pulito e confortevole, vanta una bella spa e due piscine, di cui quella esterna riscaldata nel vero senso della parola. Parcheggio esterno ampio un po' piccolo quello interrato, ma essendo stato in moto, il problema non mi si è posto. Personale fantastico, educato, gentile e disponibile. La mia camera era una singola o meglio una doppia piccola: confortevolissima, dotata di balcone e vi ho riposato benissimo. Ottima la cucina e la colazione. Organizzano tutti i giorni escursioni per tutti. Ci ritornerei volentieri.

Un Hotel ideale per chi vuole rilassarsi con tutti i confort necessari:non manca nulla anche per chi vuol fare sport.Programma settimanale per gite ed escursioni.Ristorante ottimo.Tutto il personale dell'hotel è cortese e professionale.Davvero un posto dove hai voglia di prolungare il soggiorno e di tornare in breve tempo.Complimenti anche a chi lo gestisce in modo impeccabile

Nel complesso una bella esperienza, la signora Ada e Le guide Rino e Roberto sono stati carinissimi...la mattina della partenza mia figlia aveva fatto 2 piccoli Panini da portare via aveva paura di sentirsi male sulla strada del ritorno..gli è stato detto che se non li consumava lì doveva pagarli... davvero brutto dopo tutto quello che avevamo appena pagato...
